Any hope for repair?

Hi, my favorite GCC maldives bought in April 2009 has suffered some damage through my frequent use.

The red 'dot' is hair dye which I discovered after returning home from my recent visit to the hairdresser's.

Does anyone know if there's any hope to refurbish it to some extend? Thanks for your help.
