Wow--good find! I was wondering where they disappeared to. Here's my only encounter with them: my mother bought a necklace from them (which I advised her NOT to do). Of course the necklace kinked up right away. I assumed it was bc it was fake. She took it to David Yurman who said that they have a lot of problems with this necklace. They sent it off to be repaired. She got it back a few weeks later from DY and it was fixed. We assumed at that point that it was real, bc wouldn't DY have picked up on it if it was fake? So, I'm wondering if some of the stuff is used or defective and some is counterfeit? Who knows. Who cares. If its too good to be true, it is!! Just wanted to share my anecdote . . .

I beg to differ. I purchased a DY ring from this company and it is a pretty ring, but not authentic. I brought it to David Yurman boutique some time after I bought it and they confirmed it. Since I had previously posted here that I thought my ring was authentic, I feel it is only fair to come back and clarify that it was not. There are plenty of authorized dealers who will work with you to take 10 to 20% off, I wish I had done that.

With all due respect any Sales Representative at a DY store can not authenticate. This is David Yuramn policy..Why? Because they have gotten in trouble over the course of time authenticating pieces they have no business doing so. Sales people are just that sales people. They are not licensesd or accredited. If you need to authenticate any of your pieces have the representative send your item to Yurman corporate. You may have to pay a nominal fee but they will authenticate.

We stopped promoting Yurman for legal issues having to do with the launch of our own website and Yurman has very strict policies concerning their trademark being promoted on independant websites. Nothing more and nothing less.

So is this the same seller from eBay or another ibuyluxury? Confused. ^

Anyways I was kinda surprised to hear an SA would authenticate. I know at Chanel they r NOT allowed to do that for legal reasons.

I'd like to think that SAs can differentiate between their own authentic goods to fakes. Otherwise I'd worry greatly.

The SA did authenticate it because I brought it in to have the black in the moonlight ring put back on, it had worn off, so they would not take it to work on because it wasn't authentic. SA's are told not to authenticate and I understand that they don't need the aggravation of telling someone their piece is a fake, but I knew the Mgr of a Bottega Veneta boutique well, and they also will tell you they don't authenticate, but they will not accept an item for repair that they know is not authentic. And once I saw my ring next to the real thing, there was no doubt, I didn't need someone to tell me it wasn't authentic, although they absolutely did. I buy lots of jewelry and handbags and would have no reason whatsoever to post this if I wasn't sure. Save yourself the trouble of going through this.
