My light orange lambskin (on my photo) got color transfer from a black dress last week.

I went to Chanel to ask if they can remove it and they told me to go to Colorwash and even gave me a business card. They said they send their cleaning there.

Has anyone ever sent her bag to Colorwash for treating color transfer (particularly lambskin)? How was the job done? What was the experience like?

Please help

Thanks!

Some pfers have had their bags recoloured there. I think overall they do quite a good job. But I feel you can try cleaning it on yr own.. I recommend meltonian cleaning liquid which you can just buy off eBay. It's cheap and effective in removing colour transfer. There had been several threads on this.

Thanks Stefeilnately  But I'm just too afraid to touch it. Would rather have the professionals do it, I'm afraid to lose the sheen/ glaze. I don't mind paying. It's a small baguette anyway.
