My anya hindmarch cooper bag...got it today after much coaxing and begging as it is originally owned by my friend..today she is really in a good mood and just hand me over the beautiful bag...the leather is thick and the color is perfect....a bit heavy though...what do u guys think?
Thank you Stansy. I think you've just put my niggling concern into words i.e. the bucket style with the circular base may not sit very neatly x-body, and that's exactly how I felt about my Balenciaga Mini Pompon... it would be silly to repeat the same mistake twice. Back to the drawing board for me I think!
And btw good luck with your Bathurst!
Thank you Elizabel! Gonna have another look at this bag!Hi!
I have the small Vaughn bucket bag and it has been a delightful purchase! I think that the pics make it look quite rigid, which it isn't in real life. It is the most super soft leather! It has the advantage of having a small compartment at the top for your phone so that you don't need to open up the bag to retrieve it, which is handy. It will hold continental wallet, sunglasses, keys, tissues and a lip gloss and for me that is perfect for a shopping trip or an outing when you don't want to take much. The long strap allows you to wear it crossbody, which is very convenient. The bag is also lined in PU, so it is lightweight and makes the interior seems roomier as things don't catch on the fabric.
I chose this bag because I had spied the Gavriel Mansur bags but it was impossible to get a hold of and I have not regretted my choice. Mine is a medium blue and when summer comes back to the Southern Hemisphere, she will be my go to option 😊

Got a small maxi zip today in blue. The cross body belvedere I originally got as a present was not very practical so went on a mini mission to replace and decided to try out the maxi zip. Will see how I get along.
it says it weighs approximately 3.1lbs/ 1.4kg. so, i think it's a bit lighter than an MAM.I'm glad this thread popped in the first page of the general bag forum. I bought a Pimlico in grey from The Outnet and I will be receiving it some time next week. I chanced upon it just when I was 'needing' a light colored (semi-) structured bag for work. I showed a friend a photo of it and her first comment was it was Prada like.
I remember seeing AH in a department store in another Asian country I had visited in 2012/2013. I can't recall the exact items but what stuck with me was that their bags were very nice but pricey.
This is what I'm waiting for. I hope this is not heavier than the usual bags I use:

Btw, fancy seeing you here Kasey! You have a fun bag there. Enjoy!![]()
Before buying it, I saw the weight and that's what I thought - more or less like the MAM so I would be okay with it. But my sister, who received it for me in the US, commented that it's heavy. But I guess she's not used to heavier bags like the older MAMs. (I think older MAMs are heavier than the newer ones.)it says it weighs approximately 3.1lbs/ 1.4kg. so, i think it's a bit lighter than an MAM.
yeah, i love the original Smiley![]()

I love AH and have been a longtime fan. It drives me crazy when people think that she copied Prada because, as it says on the AH website, the Ebury (which is a more structured version of the Pimlico) came out ages ago:
"First created in 1994 as the ultimate day bag, the Ebury is the ideal work and travel companion. The bespoke version takes this practical piece into the realm of supreme luxury, while the soft and featherweight versions are the perfect everyday totes."
Congratulations on your Pimlico! It's a lovely color.
