I think Rebecca Minkoff- the colors are saturated and gorgeous, the leather is thicker, and I think the RM bags look timeless, while AC may be considered more on the trendy side ...IMO

I like the RM matinee much better in terms of style. The AC city tote just doesn't do it for me. However, I just bought an AC jetsetter jr. as a work/laptop tote and the leather is completely tdf (don't have an RM yet, so can do a direct comparison).
