This is soooo crazy! Has anyone emailed any fashion blogs! I assume it was her and not her agency as no agency would be that stupid!!! Her stuff is over priced and not original and the op wasn't even trying to wear fake jewelry or anything!!!

Maybe a new thread for your other pieces would be great, that way this one could concentrate on AK's nastiness and not taint the other designer's.

Wow I've considered buying her pieces but this b*tch is crazy. Talk about being completely unprofessional. After reading this I'm really disappointed in the way she acted and she just lost another potential customer.

I'm still scratching my head. I still don't find her jewelry line that great ( base in the price she charges) I was also taken back that places like Barney's and NAP carries her line

What a way to promote and run a business! Does this little miss not realise that its us paying her wages by making purchases?

Honestly, Dont take this personally, she clearly seems like a fruit loop and only made an apology as damage limitations. You did nothing wrong so move on and maybe spend your hard earned money on a genuine original designer who appreciates a sale.

I read this entire thread, and I am appalled at how this designer behaved. I think many of the other commenters made good points about the ear cuff design not being particularly original to her. I remember ear cuffs being a hot thing among my peers in the 80s. I looked at her other designs, and they are all based on very common motifs in jewelry. She's loony if she thinks the OP wearing an ear cuff from another designer is equivalent to wearing a "fake".

I can't believe how immature Anita Ko has been over this entire affair. The OP acted much more nicely than I would have. An ear cuff is not a unique design, what a ridiculous comment that was.

Just had a look at her range - so much is "inspired" by the original creations of more established designers. Spikes? Hermes. Panther? Cartier. And some of the price tags are ridiculous for the quality. If I wanted a panther ring, I'd get the original Cartier one, not her knock off version which is a poor imitation anyway - yuck!

I just sent back an 18k gold ear cuff from Anita Ko. So over priced. $660.00. I can't believe I even ordered it. It was so tiny. But I like the look of a gold ear cuff. Where can you buy one, but for less money?

WOW just read this entire thing - I will say I am no longer lusting after a spike bracelet.. I wonder though if when the OP turned down the offer of the cuff the designer somehow go offended then reblocked due to that?? Who knows why people do what they do - but this was truly odd... I really hope Steven Madden never gets mad because I am carrying his bag and wearing TOMS

i was super interested in purchasing her arrow earring, but no more! she's not getting any business from me. i'm also telling some of my girlfriends who were thinking of buying her jewelry...
