I'm trying to decide if I should wait to see if there's a small discount for Black Friday or do it now? I kinda don't want to wait lol! Should I even wait for them to reply me on the insole question?

That is true. And it's FedEx Priority so it will be fast. I just want to hear what they say about size 5 in case I order and couple weeks later they suddenly have 5!

I think the measurements sound do-able! In fact, the width may be a little tight.
I heard back from them today too. hahaha, the bow pump and the ivory crystal pump, the red pump is going to be listed in a few weeks. nothing on the flats yet.
They replied me again to say the flats run slightly small and it's a good chance I will fit.
