What’s going on @Bagko ?
My feelings was hurt when I went to LV store and showed to the SA that the glazing of my neverfull bag was not only on the sides but also some were over painted on the leather strap and on the chaps attached to the bag. It looks like someone was drunk when they were glazing the straps. The SA said because it is handmade that it is okay the bag is not always perfect. He also said that all LV bags go through quality control which means that they are not defective when they passed QC and sold to clients. I immediately contradicted him and I said “No, I had a Graceful bag that was defective which I returned.” And guess what was his reply to me? “Because you already used the bag for a long time and then you returned it.” He did not even check my record and said that to me. Then he said again, “or you could have done something to the bag”. Can you believe what he just said to me?! I was so pissed but I kept calm and said to him nicely, “I had the Graceful bag and returned it immediately because the magnets were repelling/not attracting so my bag doesnt close.” In my mind, am I that good that I can modify the bag to make it defective? I just left the store and that’s my bye bye to LV.

That’s a terrible experience. It sucks that one SA can ruin your experience. If it’s helpful for you I’ve had great experiences with my two SAs - if you go back to LV maybe seek out a new SA or new store even?

I’m sorry that happened to you! I find that unless If I’m with my regular SA, I get snooty attitude from other random SAs... which makes me sad because they should be courteous and treat every customer the same way.

Can you go to another store? Don’t give up because one person had a bad attitude. You might find someone who is helpful. I was getting so done with LV due to the condescending behavior of their employees at South Coast plaza store but then I started ordering from the Seattle store inside Nordstrom and they have been wonderful. Also the SA inside Meiman Marcus in Newport Beach are great (although I am not a NM fan). Keep knocking at the door. I remember walking into the store at S Coast Plaza to see if they had any Favorite bags available and the guy asks me “which one are you looking for the one with the squares or the one with the letters?”:yucky:
:annoyed: Don’t make the assumption that I don’t know your product. He could have askednicely if I was familiar with their prints instead of treating me like a 4 y.o. But back to your point. Keep bugging them

I'm sorry you had a negative experience. I would return to the store and approach a different SA. When I deal with an SA that is unpleasant I simply request to speak with someone else. It's a way to deescalate the conflict. If you have another boutique near by, you could also pay them a visit. I hope you get your problem fixed. :drinks:
