you can actually, as the pharmacy is open to non-members. you just have to tell the guy at the door that you're going to the pharmacy and they don't bat an eyelash. I do it regularly.

(that said I doubt they would let a paparazzo in so casually, especially if equipment is visible, I'm sure my example didn't apply in this situation.)

They're wholesale clubs. They sell things in bulk at really cheap prices, but you have to buy a membership to get access. It's not a "regular" grocery store.

That is kind of unfair. It is obvious that she was not well at the time and she has an uphill battle in front of her.
I certainly hope that they would give her a light sentence or even dismiss the charges at this point.
Which state is prosecuting? New York or California?
She looks much healthier and I hope that she is able to have a peaceful and fulfilling life.

competent to stand trial has nothing to do with your mental state at the time you committed the crime, but your mental state when they're prosecuting you

Her parents seem very normal so I think they are just reacting normal. If that makes sense. I don't think her mom "likes" the pap. I think smiling is the the only thing she thinks she should do when cameras are around.

yeah IA with this. Normal people don't have paps in their face. When regular people see a camera they smile. I don't think the mom is loving the paps. She's not a celebrity--she's a mom trying to help her daughter. If she loves the paps we would know her first name--like Dina Lohan--and not just know her as AB's mom

Amanda Bynes takes her pet pup for a stroll around her neighborhood on Sunday (December 8) in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

The 27-year-old actress was joined for the walk around the block by her parents, Lynn and Rick, and two other pet pooches!

The day before, Amanda was also seen walking the dogs with her mom and dad! Those pups are cuties!

Amanda recently completed a stint at a treatment center and will be going to college for fashion design.

Amanda, 27, wore a pretty floral jumper as she spent the day shopping with her parents Jillian and Tommy Bynes.
