I do have to admit - I found it a little strange when it was reported that a cop entered her apartment and saw her throw a bong out the window. Why would he enter her apartment? Did he have a search warrant? While I can't defend her entirely - I do think she's mentally ill, perhaps messed up with drugs, and needs help - I don't think some of the things that have happened are entirely her fault. Something about this latest incident just doesn't add up.

Is it so hard to believe a smart a$$ young cop could enter a troubled celebrity's apartment & try to get away with whatever he could? Not all cops are the "good guys". And again, I'm not saying she's blameless, but I don't think we're getting the entire story .

The story was someone in the building saw her smoking weed in the lobby and acting oddly. She went to her appt and opened the door for the police. Though I believe police can enter premises without a warrant if they believe a crime is occurring.
And I do find it harder to believe as this person has randomly hone about attacking people on twitter and tweeting the preside about firing a cop for arresting her for driving with her suspended license.

The way I read it, there was some kind of call for assistance, so entry was not an issue.

Who knows what happened from there though. NYPD has more that their share of ethics problems. But whatever she's complaining about could have been part of a legitimate search. Pat downs can get pretty intimate when searching a person for drugs or paraphernalia and I'm pretty sure they do a full strip search at the jail. NY Central Booking isn't the LA County Hilton celebrities might be used to.

Her propensity to call someone ugly when she wants to lob an insult is pathetic, ignorant and childish. I think this is the most obvious indicator of who she is as a person and her level of maturity.

I think that is more of a sign of how disturbed she is than of maturity (or lack of). I am in no way a mental health expert but she is seriously messed up...and her fixation w prettyness is disturbing

I commend Rihanna for not totally going off on Amanda after the racist and just plain stupid things she tweeted. Rihanna is known to go off on people on twitter and I think she could've said a lot worse. She must have figured that AB is in a terrible, terrible place.

Still incensed about Thursday's arrest, Amanda Bynes took to Twitter to rant about the handling of the incident and laid out her future plans on Monday (May 27).

Ready to take everybody to court, the former Nickelodeon star began, "For once and for all, this is the last thing I'll say about the mistaken arrest. I'm suing NYPD for illegally entering my apartment, lying about drugs on me and lying about me tampering with non existent drug paraphernalia, then I'm suing for being put into a mental hospital against my will, then locked up overnight for coming home after a facial and working out with my trainer like the good girl that I am."

Afterwards, she informs readers, "I'm allergic to alcohol and drugs and don't partake in any of the above."

Again, the 27-year-old actress laid out her version of the events that took place that night and the perceived injustice that occurred.

Released without bond, Amanda wrote, "I'm free forever! You can't lock up an innocent person! Thanks for caring!"

Finally, ending on an even more bizarre note, Ms. Bynes concluded, "Look forward to seeing me in music videos! I'm getting in shape and getting a nose job! I'm looking forward to a long and wonderful career as a singer/rapper!"

Bonkers former child star Amanda Bynes returned to Twitter yet again Monday to claim that her Rihanna-bashing tweets were fake.


“I saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my mentions,” Bynes, 27, wrote Monday. “I’m followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them!”

I'm so offended but I am so educated that I know cops cannot illegally enter my apartment, sexually harass me, arrest me, take me to a MENTAL HOSPITAL, then lock me up for a crime I didn't commit. I'm suing them all for this upsetting nightmare. My lawyer knows I'm a model citizen who doesn't partake in drugs. He's going to court this week to set the record straight again on my behalf. Thankfully I'm an educated multi-millionaire who knows better than to speak to perverted unjust cops without my lawyer.
