This.

The data isn't clear that drugs cause mental illness. They might have an effect for some people. But it's just as likely that ill people are more drawn to drugs because they're desperate to turn off the noise in their heads, or at least change it somehow.

I feel sorry for this girl, she comes across as eveb sicker and more isolated than Britney :(

Agree completely. We have a lot of addicts on my mom's side of the family. I've seen them normal and morph into these Britney and Amanda types. They fry their brain on heavy doses of drugs (heroin, coke, pain pills, weed, mixing them all...). They then go to a doctor. The dr tells them they have a disorder (ADHD, epilepsy, etc), they get drugs to treat the "disorder" and then they get disability. So the ones I know "make" doctors all day on our tax dollars and get a gov check and we pay to treat the "disorder". Nasty cycle, seen it in at least 7 people first hand.

After failing to make it to court on Tuesday (April 2), Amanda Bynes was given one final break in her driving on a suspended license case.

The "All That" star was due for a pretrial today, but her attorney was able to secure her a continuance from the judge, who warned that this would be the last time.

Upset that the case had been dragging on since October, Judge Margaret Oldendorf advised attorney Richard Hutton to get things moving.

In addition to the suspended license charge, Bynes also has to deal with a hit and run allegation. The new court date has been set for May 2nd.

This thought might seem far fetched but there are a lot of creeps/pedophiles in Hollywood and i would not be surprised if she was abused when she was younger. I've heard rumours about Dan Schneider(who produced all of the shows she was in) and how he takes advantage of the young girls. I read on another forum how there's a bunch of people trying to expose him right now. There were also rumours how he got one of his stars pregnant and forced her to get an abortion or something. This could all be a load of BS but it's hollywood and stuff like this is far too common, unfortunately. Also, if you watch ICarly, there are a whole bunch of sexual innuendos, it's ridiculous and really disturbing.

Amanda Bynes once again has fans baffled with her latest bizarre antics.

The Easy A star was pictured looking a mess with newly-dyed red hair in New York City on Monday,
Yet after the photographs emerged online, the 27-year-old took to Twitter to insist it was not her, but instead an imposter, amid the fact that snapshots of her in nearly the same outfit, with now-fading red hair, have surfaced.

In the snapshots, her long tresses appear to be coloured with temporary red dye, as her former blonde shade peeks through.
She walked through the busy streets of Manhattan in sandals and socks, along with a cotton white T-shirt, black sweatpants and a black coat with a fur-trimmed hood.
Her signature cheek piercings (microdermal implants), favourite sunglasses and rings were all on show along with her familiar pout and distinctive eyebrows.

But the troubled star tweeted on Tuesday night: 'Fake or real microdermals same glasses! I don't own those clothes and I'm a blonde! Haha!'
'My hair is blonde I've never been a redhead!
'Somebody keeps posing as me! Check my photos on twitter for up to date pictures!' she added.

Afterwards, the starlet posted pictures to try prove she is a blonde once and for all.
But by Wednesday morning, the Twitter rant had been deleted, replaced with 'Rawr' and a new image showing only half of her face, not revealing her hair.

Right before this bizarre behaviour, Bynes took to Twitter to vent about an unnamed ex.
The She's The Man star wrote on the social network site: 'When you write me on twitter and I ignore you it’s because I plan on ignoring you on twitter and in life forever.'
And the day before, she had written: 'If I’m not following you on twitter Quit acting like you know me,' 'I want to be the only one you adore' and also 'If you were hot, I’d be so into you. Dedicated to my exes still tryna holla.'

The star's recent antics have her loved ones deeply concerned.
Bynes' worried family is trying to get her to leave New York and move closer to them in Los Angeles.

But the disturbed star is reportedly refusing to move back to the West Coast to allow them to keep a closer eye on her.

Amanda Bynes was asked to leave a gymnastics class after further episodes of bizarre behavior, witnesses exclusively tell Page Six.

The former Nickelodeon child star stunned fellow athletes at the Adult Gymnastics class at Chelsea Piers when she “showed up in fishnets and a leotard that looked like lingerie.”

Onlookers said the staff became concerned about Bynes, who was “muttering to herself” and then “burst into tears when she attempted a cartwheel and her dark-colored wig fell off.”

One witness told us Bynes first turned up at the class alone about a month ago.

“She immediately started acting strangely,” our source said. “She lined up with the other gymnasts, and each took their turn to perform a roll. But Amanda just walked out on the mat, was spinning around in circles and mumbling to herself.”

Later, when the others were performing cartwheels, Amanda “did a cartwheel, but her wig fell off, and she sat down and cried.” The source added that after a number of other incidents where she was heard mumbling to herself or walking in front of others performing exercises, she was asked to leave.

The source said, “She went two weeks in a row, but the second time, she was escorted out. Staff were concerned about her manner and worried she might be a hazard to other people in the class.”

Bynes has been exhibiting some odd behavior recently, including writing some unusual things on Twitter.

“I have an eating disorder, so I have a hard time staying thin,” she posted on her Twitter feed Thursday.

Bynes appears to have a serious desire to lose weight. Last month, the retired 27-year-old actress called herself “pudgy” in a self-portrait.

She also told Us Weekly in February, “I moved to New York City, and I love it! I lost four pounds since I moved. I’m 121 pounds — my goal is 100 pounds.”

That would be unhealthy for Bynes, who stands 5-foot-7.
