Really? I thought it was state law that every person who gets a tattoo license be copied. I guess it must vary state to state.

It varies for sure from establishment to establishment. When I was 16 I got my belly button pierced and they didn't ask for ID at the tattoo shop I went to. When I was 17 I got my tongue pierced and again, no ID was needed at all. A friend of mine went to get her nipples pierced when she was 16 and they asked for ID. I was 17 and couldn't sign for her, but my best friend had just turned 18 and they let her sign for the other girl. So happy I only had piercings and not tattoos!! My tongue ring was taken out as soon as I had my son. Didn't think it looked very maternal or responsible, but I would've been horrified to still have a tattoo from my teenage years. I'm sure it wouldn't have been anything I would still want.

Good for the tattoo shop for turning Amanda away 👍

Amanda Bynes dreams of murdering her dad, slitting her mom's wrists and burning her house down, and she attacks a friend, telling him, "You're so gay it hurts my feelings" ... and it's all on tape.

The audio was recorded a week ago by one of Amanda's West Hollywood roommates as they drove. It's the first time we've been able to hear Amanda's ramblings when she goes off the rails.

The first audio is tirade against her parents, wishing them dead. The second audio is a rant that ends with a homophobic attack.

Members of Amanda's family tell TMZ ... they wanted us to post the audio ... which could be a wake-up call for medical professionals to intervene and get her help.

This reminds me so much of my cousin that was mentally ill. She was obsessed worrying about her kids being gay and she hated fat people. She chain smoked and was anorexic. Her kids were taken away but she killed herself a few months later, I really believe she would have killed them too. She would talk and talk with a cig hanging out of her mouth about gays, fat people and other weird stuff.

Her parents got her a room at a Glendale hotel when she was released from the psychiatric hospital but that she didn't like the location. The hotel package her parents arranged included car services and food. So much for her crying poor and claiming she didn't have anywhere to go.

I work in a hospital with a psychiatric floor and let me tell you, the **** she's saying is pretty typical for a schizophrenic, if that's truly what she has (and I believe she does).

The weirdest thing I ever heard from a patient was an hour-long rant about Vince Vaughn being a serial killer who puts out cigarettes on his victims. It's a terrible illness and I feel for Amanda.
