i love the mandy, i really do. but it's just not a practical bag right now. if i had an actual job, that would be different. but it's a pita to lug around campus along with my books, kwim?

having an appletini now! we'll see how that makes me feel. (btw, i feel so PROUD that my enabling skills are being passed on. helping out those in a buying crisis...it's community service, really. lol)

Glad to be of assistance! OK, no Mandy. Find the Carly first. Then if no Carly, an Ergo in turquoise. This is still ending up with you having only one bag.... is that the goal here?

yes, i'm trying to be GOOD and only get one bag. and MAYBE an accessory or two. but i already have two of the mini ergo keychains...

Have you posted pics of those keychains?? I have a white one on the way. I should have had it last week but the whole blizzard thing happened. We finally dug ourselves out today. ICK! But I should have a bunch of goodies coming tomorrow now that the highways are open again!

no, haven't posted pics yet. i completely forgot and only remembered when my batteries were dying...of course.

i dont miss the insane snow amounts anymore! i had my share of ohio winters...and i only miss them occasionally.

Yeah, I was very upset when this hit! I have a few packages that were supposed to be here last week! At least I got my RAOK buddy's package and had a catalog to drool at! We lived near Charlotte for 8 years and I really do miss it at times!

And you know, I can understand why you're having trouble with your 'list'. There are a lot of cute bags but there's not much that I am just dying to have. The Legacy stuff wowed me so much that this stuff is just kind of eh. You know? Except for the Ergo! I love the Ergo bags! Everything else I can live without.

And where is elongreach? She should see this... you are down to only one bag! She'd be proud!

yeah, there's lots of CUTE bags, but nothing that has wowed me. maybe i'm just thrown off because i want to see stuff irl first...i don't know.

dangit, somebody show this to elongreach. for once in my life, i am showing restraint and trying to be financially responsible. this may never happen again.

Kallison, if you can only get one bag get anything from the Ergo Line.
The Ergo Tote in Turquoise or any other color would be great as your school bag. I know that you were looking for a schoolbag when you got the Chambray Blue Carly, which was not good for a school book bag. Get the Ergo Tote. I used mine today to go to church and had three bibles in there
today and it held up fine. It is so beautiful I don't want anyone to touch it.:yes:

i just think you need to see everything irl to get your heart fluttering over them again. hold out for the carly because it looked AMAZING on you! i will agree that the mandy is just not the best school bag.

you need a school bag and some accessories! how can you get a bag and not accessorize?!?!?!?!

okay, i'm gonna wait and see the ergo stuff in store. i have the sig one (pilot), but i wanna see the leather.

and i am putting EVERYONE on WATCH for a khaki sig w/chambray carly! if you see one at your local store, you need to get your butt back here on tpf and PM ME AS QUICK AS YOUR LITTLE FINGERS CAN TYPE!

Kallison...just wanted to add my two cents:D go with the large ergo tote in turquoise. There is going to be so many other things that will "WoW" you later that will not allow your heart to miss the carly so much. I'm banking that you will still be able to get the carly of your dreams...not now, but at a later time. With that being said remember that this is a women that is still drooling over a Legacy hip bag...LOL. Always buy what you will love years from now.
