Hi! Short update, I went to 4 different stores and they said they won’t fix or replace my bag... when I bought my speedy last month I tried again and got a new bag

Now my speedy has the same problem on the handles... so it’s definitly the new matte leather... so when you have a new Damier Ebene bag it isn’t water proof, and since they say it on their website they won’t repair or exchange anymore
Wait, when you tried for the fifth time while you are actually shopping for another bag, they exchanged the alma bb but not the four times prior? That seems so random of LV
Sort of proves out on their incorrect examinations and answers to our complains.
Have you tried spraying appleguard? I prefer the shiny leather than this new matte leather. I have a 13yo bag in ebene with shiny leather and it's still fantastic til today eventhough it has some cracking on the leather especially on the places that bends perhaps that's the reason why they changed it to matte.
