I've been contemplating about getting the fendi 2jour mini in gray and i still haven't decided yet if i should take the plunge.. Ive been following this thread like forever and I adore all your bags..but im also looking at the prada saffiano lux tote in size small... I keep going back and forth and cant seem to pull the trigger. Can somebody help me decide..

I'll help...get the Fendi! It's a much nicer bag and Fendi has none of the quality issues that Prada has.

There is really no contest as far as quality goes. The Fendi bags are much better made. On that count alone I'd pick the Mini 2jours. You won't regret it!

I'm 160cm， the 2jours is tooooo big for me，but the 2jours mini fits me perfect（at last i bought the bag in mini size）

my petite 2jours is the same way.

The same thing happened for my 2Jours mini. I had the brilliant idea of pulling at the lining when I first got the bag and heard a rip sound. Totally freaked me out. I thought the lining was glued and I was ripping it away from the glue. I never figured out why it made that sound as I loved the bag too much to bother. Glad to know its velcro!

I totally agree with you in that the Fendi bags are much batter made. There is no comparison between Fendi and Prada in my opinion.

Fendi!! Agree with everyone on the quality difference. It's just so beautiful! Also I feel like fendi is a little more unique than Prada-- it seems like half the world has the Prada tote and lots of them are fakes because it's so well known.

I have both. I like the Prada for more lady like occasions. I have it in cameo. It is very recognizable. The fendi mini I have in navy so it's more casual looking and much less recognizable though I see it around a fair bit in nyc

still on a limbo. And my birthday is coming up. Saw the pastel-colored saffiano lux tote (bn2863) at neiman's online and they're pretty.. The only thing that troubles me with the Fendi 2jour is the middle zip compartment.. Where the Prada has 2 zips..

The 2jours comes in pastel colors, as well. As for the central compartment: what is it that you don't like? Is it that the main compartments of the 2jours are basically open (with the exception of the central zip)? That can become a consideration if you live somewhere really rainy.

The middle compartment doesn't look like it has enough space for a full wallet and a cellphone.. I will have to try it again in store and will let u guys know what I end up with.

Totally agree on the quality part. My prada saffiano doble zipper bag has given me headaches with its quality issues. Fendi's quality and craftmanship seem way superior to me
