I just ordered my first Fendi 2Jour. Fendi was totally sold out of the grey medium shopper AHHH! I ended up ordering from Saks. I'm usually a Nordstrom gal because their customer service is so amazing. I was hesitant because I really wanted to have the 1 year warranty and free monogramming. I am going to be in LA soon. Hopefully they will monogram it for free.

I am very cautious of where I purchase my bags. I purchased a Prada Saffiano Lux from Prada and had to take it back after about 6 months because the pipping was starting to come through the leather O_O. They sent it to Prada in Italy for repair.

Saks said that they send their bags to a local luxury leather repair shop. Fingers crossed that I don't have to go through that with my 2Jour.

Oh... and I was kinda bummed that my Fendi only came in a dust bag from Saks. For $2.4K, I just expected it to be in the yellow Fendi box or at least in a Saks box. Underwhelming.

Oh no! I bought my 2jours from Saks because of availability issues too. They were originally only going to give me the bag in a Fendi dustbag and shopping bag, but I asked about a box and was given one (I felt the same way about having paid that much money and getting an underwhelming presentation)! Definitely not the Nordstrom experience, but glad I asked. You should bring your receipt to a Saks Fendi boutique and ask for proper packaging!

Hi everyone..I got my tag heatstamped the other day..the letters are so small :( I'm pretty disappointed as I wanted them bigger..I didn't even know they did them different sizes. I purchased mine at the Holt Renfrew here which isn't a full on Fendi boutique..do you think Fendi would be able to redo it for me or can I get a new tag individually?

I got mine!! FINALLY !! I had been dreaming about it since December and I finally got it as a gift from me to me (I've been having a rough couple of days so this really lifted up my mood..) Great bag, happy me! :D:cloud9::love::heart::woot:

I love your bag, icechampagne! :loveeyes: If you are disappointed with the smaller letters, can you address it with your SA? I did not know they had different font sizes:shrugs:

I should've let her know when I picked it up..but I was focused on another issue at the time (the bag I purchased had a defect - one of the screws is popping out) and she was trying to exchange it for me..I ended up not because the only one they could exchange for didn't seem very new. It was the display model. overall not the best experience..

I'll see if I get more used to the small letters but if not I'll go back to ask her
