I've ordered from Reebonz to Australia. If it is preowned, it will say so plus the condition on the listing. Otherwise it's new, like this linked 2jour.

Bags come with card and dustbag, but as far as I know there is no box. Instead they ship with their own large black Reebonz box.

I have purchased a 2jours and a Givenchy from reebonz Australia and can vouch they are authentic and awesome prices and service. They are a Singapore based company. [emoji4]
