I saw that they added the Men's Rexy wallet in Goldenrod at some point, I bought it for my hubby last night. He loves his Coach wallets. He has a brown, blue, orange, green, red, and now yellow one!

Was it on sale I bought a bag tonight can’t wait to get it I was also happy because the bag I got in black usually most things on sale is in color and never one in the choice you want..

Regarding returns, I just returned a Nolita wristlet and a Double Swagger yesterday with no trouble at all. I paid with CC and the money was refunded back to that card immediately -- nothing had to be sent to JAX. The receipt I had for the Double Swagger was actually from mid-November, and the return was still good due to the holiday returns timeframe. (I had repurchased it later because it went on 30% off, so I returned the new bag with the old receipt!)

I did find out, though, that there's a rule where stores are not allowed to perform price adjustments for online purchases. Which is fine. They can be done online anyway without much trouble.

About the price adjustment do you mean taking a bag you bout online and going to the store for an adjustment. Because i bout a primerose satchel and a signature double zip wristlet and I paid 52.50 for the wristlet and couple hours later it went to 37.50 and I did call coach and got a price adjustment.. they gave me my money after it shipped..

I got a nice price adjustment on my Prairie Rivets Oxblood Rogue. I had bought it at a local Coach boutique store during the holiday sale for $597 (retail $995) but a few days later all the sale items dropped to 50% off so I called the store and asked for a price adjustment over the phone. I had the receipt number and my credit card, but the SA said "No, you have to bring the item and your receipt into the store to get a price adjustment."

I wasn't thrilled about heading back to the mall during the holidays but it was worth the effort. When they reduced the price to $498 and refunded the excess sales tax I got $110 back on my credit card, very nice!
