In the end, I decided to go with........ALI!!! 
I decided to keep her afterall even though when I asked dh his opinion last night he said "it's too big, you could fit the baby in that bag" but then this morning he said it wasn't bad-men

I wore her to church today and one of the teen girls complimented it. I told her I hadn't been sure if I should keep it or get something small with a long strap and she reminded me that I have a bag somewhat like that (rambler's legacy) and she also said "that bag just looks like you" so you should definitely keep it.
