Hello all
So after many months of stalking, saving and general obsessing, I'm now finally able to get the rocco which I've been lusting after. :graucho::D

I had one question, and I'm unable to find the answer to this, or at least a straight forward answer!

I've read a lot about piping issues with the older roccos, and that a change was made to the design which means that this wouldn't be an issue in newer styles. I wanted to know how is it possible to find out if the bag I want would be newer or older? It is the Rocco with pebbled leather and rose gold hardware (I've attached a link).

My new rockie! I am in love :loveeyes:

It's pretty stiff but at the same time the leather is soft - I am praying that it holds up well and I don't have problems with the seams or edges

Just wondering if anyone in the UK knows of any repair places for AW bags? The white piping is exposed and the leather in the corners have worn off sadly. I contacted AW's customer service but they said I had to ship it to the states and pay $50...which isn't ideal for me. Any help/advice is appreciated.

From the photos on the website, it looks like you're getting the newer model!
You can definitely tell between the new and old ones: the piping on the newer models is hard and shiny because it is glazed
I have the older model and the leather on the piping looks just like smooth leather :]
