Honestly love, I don't even see it. AT all.
I think the bag looks gorgeous.

Um... if memory serves me correct they ALWAYS have black.
Last time I was there they had a black Rocco, a granite or petrol Rocco (I remember it was either gray or blue)
a black Emile and a Diego (either black or tangerine).

But your color above is rare, and very beautiful.

Any thoughts on the faded spot? I hope it's just the lighting.

I agree with B&B. I think I see what you are referring to, but it looks more like lightning than anything.

Anyone notice that the rocco long strap leather material is different from the bag itself? Is it because lambskin on rocco too delicte to be used on the strap?

any opinion on this?

Aloha Rag just sent me another picture and there's one pretty huge faded spot. I don't like the fact that the color is so faded right there.
What would you say, should I order it anyways or should I go with Brass?

i'm not sure how many blacks they had left, but the 3 that she brought me to choose from, all 3 of them had lots of pebbling, i just choose the one with less flats spots but they all looked really good?

is this your first rocco?

i can't see the faded spot but i would get the color one first because as someone stated above, the color is rare and black/brass is always something in stock everywhere.

i got the brick patent, the black/black 2009 before i finally got the black/brass.

You're right, I didn't really think about the fact that Brass is always in stock.
I'll just go with Melange even if I'm still a little concerned about the faded area.

wait, they might have another spend 1000 get 250 off. it's not a lot but every little bit helps. that's how i got my parchment emile. i just had to be patient. plus if it's in your favorites they'll tell you when the stock gets low.
