Are you sure theres nothing under "my account" it wouldnt just be in your cart when its on hold I dont believe items in your cart are held at all. Maybe theyve just put it on hold at their end and you need to purchase over the phone?
Either way it should be available somewhere under your account but youd still have to place it in your cart from hold if that makes sense.

Yea it's not under "my account".. I asked her how I can claim it once she puts it on hold and she said to either call if I want to purchase over the phone or to just sign in and it'll be there. Either way I'll call in the morning to check. Thank you all for being so patient with me!!!! I know I'm going overboard but that's just how much I fell in love with the Rocco.

What do you put in the side zips? I find them too shallow to be of much use at all. Plus things would just fall out if you don't zip them up and the zippers on mine aren't the smoothest so they can't easily be zipped one handed. Do you ladies find them useful? Any ideas?

I really hope that it is it, I don't want them to have made a mistake!! I couldn't find a description about the hardware anywhere for some reason (apparently didn't look hard enough)

praying to the bag gods that it's brass for ya :p

I've only used the side zips a couple times, for concerts or something. The people who inspect your bags don't look in that side zip because they don't even see it, haha. I've stuck a camera in there, as well as a flask, hehe.

Update: so I just got off the phone with Revolve and they DID put it on hold.. the girl said that they don't have a feature where customers can see what they have on hold. But she did confirm that it is the brass hardware and that they have a couple in stock. And this site is amazing for offering complimentary overnight shipping for items over $500!

Thank you so much again cinnabun for linking me!!! I still feel like this is too good to be true.. now I'm just waiting anxiously for my card from the bank to arrive so I can make the purchase!

I will def. be posting again once I finally receive the purse!!! Thanks to everyone for keeping an eye out for me! People here really do make miracles happen :yahoo:

cinnabun4chu, I use my side zips all the time. During the week, one side holds my house keys and the other side holds my transit pass. I love that I don't have to open my bag to get on the train or in my house.

I also put my lip balm/gloss and a mirror in them or my iPod Nano.

i put my blackberry on one side and a pen in the other..i always forget about the pen...

My ebay Rocco just arrived, and I am in love.
Are you in NY? You won't pay tax from Forward either. Also, see if you can apply any of their codes, I'm not sure if they work for Wang. I think "Tulip" is 15% off, and "Blue" is 10%.
