I just spoke with the same (very nice) Shopbop rep regarding the sleeper bag. They weren't able to find one, but she offered to send me one by a different designer. Obviously, I want one to match my bag and am still bummed out by the fact I didn't get it. Also, Shopbop is offering an add'l 20% off sale items for two days. Given the fact that I just received this bag yesterday, I asked if she would honor the discount on my purchase. She was not able to as this sale applies only to items that are ordered today or tomorrow! Bummer. I've decided to return the bag. I still have the black mini with black studs, but hopefully can find another with either brass or silver studs at a reasonable price.

See i found it hard to tell by the photos and they give no information in the description either, have you seen the mustard shade sold anywhere else to be able to decipher?
I think on the Shop-bop site that the hardware DEFINATELY looks silver, but then the bag happens to look khaki coloured to me so am :confused1:

ETA: I just read on the Shop-bop site that the studs are infact described as being "brass" so looks like they are then, does anybody know if the mustard comes without the added shoulder strap?

I think AW ships their bags to the retailers like that...packed flat, in a dust cover, in a large plastic bag. I have ordered quite a few roccos in my quest to figure out what color I wanted and they all came that way. If yours was missing the dust cover, I imagine that someone returned the bag and kept the dust cover. Stinks...

The mustard color looks completely different on the OC and Shopbop websites. The one on Shopbop looks kinda green...maybe it's my computer.

That would have been a really great price. I just got an Eniko on sale from them yesterday.. extra 20% would have been awesome!!

leighwhit25....It's possible that it was a return. That might explain a couple teeny spots on the bag. It clearly hasn't been carried, however if someone else bought and returned it, they surely took it out of the plastic bag and handled it. It truly is a beautiful bag and I can't yet decide whether to keep it or not. I'll think it over for the next couple days. I received my black/black one as a gift from my sons, so it for sure can't be returned. Gotta break it out and carry it one day soon. I still wish mine had either the brass or silver studs. Oh well, it's still an awesome bag.

cinnabun4chu....I agree that the extra 20% would have made what was already a decent sale price a fab one! Nothing wrong with saving money!

^ exactly! I hope the black/black grows on you. I'm surprised you haven't carried it yet-I am planning to wear mine tonight! Although I don't know if I should wait to use it, until after my black/brass studs sells. But I'm itching to use it, really badly. Just have to find an outfit.

As you might have seen from my previous posting, I was having a hard time deciding on color for the Rocco. I received the luggage Rocco today and I am, without a doubt, keeping her! The leather is great and honestly I like the (cupcake) studs! I didn't originally like them when I saw them online but they look quite nice in person. I think the confusion with the color of the studs is b/c in certain lights they look goldish and in certain lights they look silverish. Which is kind of cool... If anyone is thinking about the luggage, I highly recommend it! I will try to post pics soon...

bagachondriac - Your new grey is gorgeous! I have the same bag...I am in love with it, cant stand to put it away on rainy days...anyways, you should know, it does color transfer and pick up dirty easily. I've had mine for a month and already the underside of the handles are a little darker (and I'm a super clean person) and found that some of the dye from my jeans have transferred to a corner. I have just decided this is going to be one of those bags that I will use and love and not worry about. Otherwise I will drive my self nuts. I will say, people love to touch it - its so smooshy lovely squishy leather that people comment on it and want to touch it.

LOL! I had to laugh at your comment about people wanting to touch it. I've had that same experience with other bags, so I'm sure it will happen with this one. The leather is scrumptuous! I don't yet know whether or not I will keep it, but I will decide before Friday so that I can return it. It is beautiful, and I don't have another grey bag. Here's a couple pics of both the grey and black Rocco. :love::love: I have a history and bad (expensive) habit of buying multiples of a bag if I really LOVE it....and I love this one! One of these was a gift, so I don't feel as guilty. Still, I'd love to have it in the forest green color too.:graucho:
