Thanks! Do you know if Rockie is a lot lighter than Rocco cuz it's smaller?

Before I even think about buying a rocco I have heard people saying rocco is really heavy. But I went to nordstrom two weeks ago tried rocco and rockie then I totally changed my mind. I am 5'4 and wearing M size cloth for the most of time. Rockie looks too small for me. Rocco is way better and way classic than rockie.

The rocco's weight is totally fine for me. I have no idea why people say its heavy, it feel just like my MK selma bag. I even put all my stuff in rocco and it was just perfect. Rockie is lighter but i dont recall its being super lighter than rocco tho. I am not sure as i only tried for few seconds and already decided I will go with rocco so all my attention was on rocco bag.

I would say if you worry about the weight you really should go to the store and try it on. Like me I totally changed my mind after I tried rocco and rockie. If I have not went to the store I would most likely make the wrong decision buying rockie.

Hope this helps! :)

Thanks, this was helpful!

I'm planning on buying my first AW soon but live nowhere near a store so I'll have to order online. The weight doesn't bother me seeing as I rarely have to hold a bag for long periods of time, but it's good to hear it isn't as heavy as people make it sound. :smile1:

This is interesting to read because I actually had similar yet different reactions when I saw rocco and rockie in the store. I was anticipating getting the rocco but was shocked at how big it was (not necessarily at the weight). The weight of the rocco and rockie are pretty similar actually. I liked how the rockie kept its duffel shape more than the rocco.

I'm 5'6 and 130 pounds and so I'm just normal and love the rockie =)

I agree that it isn't as heavy as it is communicated or as it seems. I would say if people are stuck on the weight, just go with the style you want more because it doesn't make a big difference unless you are going to stuff the rocco with way more items.

Can someone please please shed some light on this matter/mystery?!! So I bought a Diego online last week, and to cut a long story short - will only receive it next month! In the meantime, the purse addict inside me wants to continue buying bags, just not in the same colour (lame i know). Now, the trouble is that for the life of me I can't understand the colour of this Diego, the seller isn't much help by way of responding to emails. Its listed as a grey, but looks very pale blue from the photos. Has anyone come across this colour, and please help me determine if this is in fact grey or blue?

Im dying to get the MBMJ Washed Up Lauren (off ebay) in cylinder grey and don't want two rather expensive bags in the exact same colour. Hence the dilemma, coz theres not much time before the listing expires.

Any help would be really appreciated!

Thanks :)

I have a aw bag this same color can't remember the style name but it's gorgeous. It looks gray, it just has a more ice tint so it's a bit blueish. Not greenish like most grey.

Don't remember the name!!

I really love the Rocco, but I've read a lot of complaints about piping/quality issues. I wonder if the Rockie has the same problem.

I think that's more about the older Rocco's. I have a Rocco that I purchased in December and it was my every day bag for 5 months I had no issues with wear and tear. Granted time will tell how well it wears but considering how much crap I carry and that I used the bag nearly every day for 5 months I think my bag still looks good.

I imagine the leather choice might also factor into the wear and tear.
