Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum. I'm not sure if this was covered somewhere else… tried to do a search but nothing really came up. I'm thinking about buying a matte black nubuck suede rocco and I was wondering if anyone had experience with this leather? Does it hold up well? Easily stained?

Any help would be great! Thanks

I don't have any experience with that specific bag, but I avoid suede and patent leather. I would think that the suede would rub easily..............the pebbled black ones do. Maybe ask in the Rocco thread below.

I have the Rockie in that material, and it's GORGEOUS. I am basically a professional in shoe and leather care, so I take really good care of it. I use a suede brush when it gets some spots, and it's as good as new after. Absolutely love it - prefer it much more compared to my Rocco in leather, as it is a bit too soft and heavy (after use). Hope this helps! :)

Well after two months of partial use the stitching is coming apart from the handle of my Morgan. Since it was purchased from the outnet I will have to take to leather repair shop myself. Terrible quality AW. Last purchase from me.

Yes!! Currently they have a latte rockie with rose gold hardware!! :loveeyes: I couldn't resist and just made my purchase today with Neiman Marcus! Cannot wait to get my hand on this little guy! I'm such a sucker for rose gold!! :woot:

I was shopping at Nordstrom recently and came across a few of the Alexander Wang Donna bags, which I am a fan of. I tried on the one in the color acid I think, and the leather was wonderful- smooshy and buttery soft. However, I saw another donna in all black with black hardware. I picked it up and the material felt completely different. It was plastic-y feeling and felt like a much cheaper material. Does the material or quality of material differ from color to color?

Is there a chance that the sale items on aw.com get marked down more? Or is the sale price pretty much it? I'm sooo tempted to get the Vine Marti but I'm not too sold on just the 30%. Especially if I have to pay for shipping.:graucho:

I don't think they get marked down much more.. and if they do it takes a while. Agreed on the price.. I think tax might get tacked on there too but I'm not sure..
