I don't think it's a true contracted endorsement deal with either, like with Calvin Klein, Bag's correct that we'd have heard of that by now.
Jeanne Yang dresses him in both LV and Tod's when she styles him. I think that all parties involved were happy with the results and so now he does the paid appearances for them, but northing formal.
