I believe it's from his visit to Iceland since he's wearing the same shirt as the Saturday pics and the comment is written in Icelandic.

If you have access to HBO GO or if its posted elsewhere, the behind the scenes on this episode of TB was worth seeing as it talks about the effort Alex had to make at the end to show the emotion as part of the time he was actually alone and part of the time he was working against a bladder device, but not another person. The director noted that Eric ends up with "no compassion for human or vampire which plays out in episodes 8, 9 and 10". So yep, someone is going to unleash.

Kiaora fellow trubies and all dedicated followers of Alex...had to put my 10 cents in this evening after having the immense pleasure of seeing Alex in The East...it was an unexpected sceening in our IFF and Alex was SO good Im going to try drool all the way through it again again tomorrow. His character is definately showing so much more depth this season. wonder if there will be a Sarah/Eric stand off! and.... its almost happy Hump Day everyone:D

Welcome OhMySkars - I think Eric kept his wig a few centuries too long and resurrected it for The East. One can only pray for Eric and Sarah - I did catch Steve in the white room shot in this weeks preview, so she's definitely mad at everyone as well...

ETA Santress you find the most interesting fan pics. Those white pants are..very tight.

I love that you can watch TB on a very superficial level, but if you really pay attention there are a lot of messages. But I think the casual viewer, and the occasional big media reviewer, gets annoyed with the message 'stuff' and wishes there was more naked people.

As for Alcide, I hope his storyline is at an end, there just doesn't seem to be a point to it. They don't have to kill him, just send him back to Mississippi. Or an oil rig job in Alaska.

And yes, I think that Alex will have some emotional scenes coming up, and not just this episode.

Gotta' say that once Alcide's story ends on TB, that will be it for me for watching TB :broom:. It's jumped the shark so many times that I've lost count. But then again, I have ALWAYS liked Charlaine's Sookie Stackhouse books much better than True Blood :p.

Yes Willa is perfect Eric progeny - did not like her character in the beginning but she is proving to be a welcome addition. As usual Pam and Jessica were great.

Who does like the werewolf story line? It really seems dull compared to what is going on with the vamps. Alcide should take up his Daddy's offer and go farm..
