He's shaven and wearing his 'professional' appearance clothes that he's worn for most of the spring. So my initial thought would have been sometime in the last two months.
However, the tweet from London has him wearing black and shades, which is what he's wearing in these pics.

I always like her stuff. Re Alex/Eric, I guess his behavior didn't strike me as more than a plot device, because real Eric would have just silenced her with glamour and ripped her apart if he needed, that indeed has happened in prior seasons. But that chat happened so that, I'm sure in the writers minds, we can see how far they come when he's doing the walk of shame bringing her lattes from Starbucks. But valid point about intimidation, mental or otherwise and the character disconnect.

This is an article found in the tabloid Aftonbladet from yesterday.
I tried to clean up the translation a little:

Alexanders vacation home in Sweden
Alexander Skarsgård, 36, is enjoying the summer in his hometown.
But the "True blood" hunk is not lazing away the days all the time.
On the contrary, there is both a party, concert, tivoli and workout on his schedule.
An eyewitness has photographed Skarsgård when he trained at the outdoor gym at Eriksdalsbadet in Skanstull, Stockholm and says that he had total focus during training.
– He did a really sweaty training.
He has also taken the opportunity to visit the amusementpark Gröna Lund and test this year's new attraction Eclipse.
At the amusement park he also saw a concert by Icona Pop. Skarsgård was photographed close to the actress Alicia Vikander and fueled the rumors that the Swedes would have a romance.
Hollywood sites claimed last year that it "definitely was for real" between them, something Alicia then denied.
Alicia then said: "I think it was probably the first boom that, you know, drew attention to how this business works. And what is it that you see? We are in the same party and we're type 20 people but I guess it'll just get worse when it comes to the point. But it's a part of our industry"
Eyewitnesses have also seen Skarsgård walking in his home neighborhood in the South of Stockholm.
The Hollywood star attract a lot of attention, according to sources, when he walked on the sidewalks past cafes surrounding Nytorget together with some friends.
He also managed a lonely walk over Katarina cemetery.
– He walked slowly and "like a vampire" over the desolate cemetery in the South on Friday afternoon wearing a pair of sunglasses and his usual outfit, dark grey tight jeans and gray shirt, says an eyewitness.
As faithful Bajensupporter Skarsgård also participated in the farewellevent of Söderstadion.
The holidays have also brought some celebration. Both with brother Bill and with his friend Josef Fares and last but not least, he had time for a little trip to Gävle.
According to Gävle newspaper "Arbetarbladets" twitter a waitress at the restaurant Brända Bocken( Burnt Goat) confirmed that they had a visit by Skarsgård.

My note: Gävle is a town up north from Stockholm and about 2-2,5 hour drive with car (approximately).

Those spoilers do appear to lead in the direction of thinking the human that will no longer be around is Jason. But then they could be deliberately engaging in misdirection.

It was indeed, but it was actually Alicia in that group. And yes, one girl thought a scarf was a skirt, to questionable results.

Given Tara is a vamp, it could only be Jason, Laf or Sam, and if Sam goes, it kind of kills off Merlottes. Which they need to give the humans something to do in the daylight. So, sad whoever it is, but I'm sure we'll be debating how it happens for a while.
