I'm shocked and very sad. I loved him in The Sopranos and he just had a daughter last October.

I didn't realize that he was only 51. Not that I thought he was 'old' but I thought he was a few years older. Much too young.

Us Weekly did a piece in the print edition on love lives of the TB stars and declared Alex single and too busy for a relationship ( and shot down the Ellen rumors). According to a 'pal' he is enjoying bachelorhood....
