Well, too much time dealing with TVI. I had to have somewhere to put those dang nuts...

and why is it I have a hard time picturing hot dogs in Sweden? Hmm. Maybe with some lingonberry relish...

I had hot dogs in both Sweden and Finland. I wasn't impressed, though it's possible the selection has improved.

That guy next to Alex is Oliver Gee, a journalist working for 'The Local'. He lives in Stockholm but is originally from Perth/Australia.
He also wrote this article 'Top ten words you didn’t know came from Sweden'. My best buddy Martin aka 'Princeword' is a friend of him and co-worker and made a video about it

Favorite word of the night? Gurkysallad. That could be me trying to say Gurkensalat while being drunk. :lolots: Swedish language ... always good for a laugh.

Gurkysallad is funny, but unfortunately misspelled.
It's Gurkasallad = Gurkensalat = cucumber salad

Alex looks pretty relaxed and Ola is hot!!! I love his music ....and seeing him playing guitar.....swoon....can't wait to see him in 'James Bond - Skyfall'.

Other than that...wow that is one gorgeous home.

One closet for his tshirts, and the other for everything else.

And it is a very nice looking home. No land though (1/4 acre), but then probably doesn't have much need for it now.

It is a great home. I hope no-one lets the details slip though, of the exact location There are bats**t crazy people who would stalk the place, or tell others where the house is. We've seen that before.

ETA: Syd, hope you are at least getting some time off to enjoy the beautiful weather. All work and no play etc...

Home is really great. The view is spectacular and I really like the whole walls with windows ... but I am afraid that nowadays you can easily find the exact address of this house: (

So you're saying that if I get to go out to LA next spring to visit my sister and we go to Griffith Park (north Los Feliz) I shouldn't have her wander 'aimlessly' around looking for the house?

Kidding, by the way. Can't imagine wandering around LF looking for his house. Now, if we were driving around and I saw him jogging, then my getting out of the car and throwing myself on him would be perfectly acceptable, correct?

Well I can say that the house reflects him: Seemingly unassuming, modest, but man, I have a feeling...........

Part of me admires the fact that he's mentioned that he's bought a house and what town it's in without out seeming to worry about any possible stalking. And part of me thinks that wasn't the smartest thing to do (at least mentioning the location).

ETA: I wonder if he understands that once he mentioned the month and location, and then type of house, that it wouldn't take long for people knowing what they're looking for to figure out which one is probably his, even if it's not under his name.

My sister and I always enjoyed a little real estate porn drive around when we would visit Griffith Park and that area, but I'd actually make sure to avoid LF now because it would be too weird. Writing about it on the internet, not weird at all!
