If someone told me that the US would win the team competition and lose the individual, I would have thought they were smoking what you were when you were climbing walls and flying while visiting Bag.

Wow! Thank you for the pictures Santress. You are so good at this ! I swear, you seem to post them even before they have finished taking them !
And he does not have the deer - caught- in- the- headlights Expression like in the new york photos ! More like Zoolander blue steel !

Well, this is a bit off topic, but this is a very amusing and anecdotal account of Loretta Qwarnström's encounters with the Swedes. She is a teacher at Dalarna University, originally from London,England and her swedish is flawless.
I can't count how many times I said "oh ja, that's true, she is so right about it!" while watching the video. :smile1:

Hahaha, I went to some of that. I would have tripped the Europeans if I thought they could really win!

And I have to say, the Germans seem all lovely and well behaved. Unlike his usual Instagram partners. I'm sure Bag was policing. ;)

Well, I told them don't embarrass us. Act like adults. You know how important a good first impression is. I mean we want him to come back some day, right? :D

No, that was Zola taking pictures of him. Trust me, if it was me, they would have been close-ups and there would have been no question of who/what/where. (BTW: I was Ryder Cupping in your neck of the woods this past weekend. Saw you out there a few times.) Agree - Kristen + Alex should be great.

I'm in that neck of the woods now.

Yes, he looks much less startled now.

And today he and Kristin and Valentina, so hopefully lots of pics.

Hey Zola, Whenever I go away someplace where there's either no Internet, or I'm too busy to check, it's guaranteed there will be pictures. Hopefully, we'll get some of the blogger interviews soon. Of course the info will be recycled, but it's still something. I didn't notice any blond woman latched on to his leg, so I'm guessing that Tiny Bee didn't get a chance to attack Skars. And, we still have Italy to look forward to. Not a bad week.

Vamp, "no Internet" - was that you taking pics of him in nature? (I still can't figure out the who/what/where of those pics). Italia, with Kristen = twice the fun!

Off topic: (I'll be quick - promise) Oh Vamp, and Squirrel, you must have had a great weekend, even if the USA lost - oops, don't quite know how that happened either. The Ryder Cup is one of my favourite sporting events - it's not about the money, just the game :smile1:

That weird pic of Alex, I saw it a few years ago and I guess I was just amazed that such a strange photo has re-emerged. Perhaps subconsciously I was hoping someone would say, "you know what that is" so in an effort at recompense I 'searched' all the tpf Alex threads, and apart from being impressed with tpf's search engine, you can imagine how difficult ;) it was looking at all the pic heavy first pages of each new thread :p Anyway that pic is what it is and I guess this could be Alex's reaction

Also, for me, slightly disappointed, to see when I was visiting the JK thread, that Benedict Cumberbatch is practically guaranteed the part of Julian Assange in the new DreamWorks' movie, (Joel is tipped to play Daniel Domscheit-Berg). Whilst I am sure that Benedict is well capable of playing the part and will probably be superb, I was hoping to see Alex in this role. Yeah, I know he may not have been up for it or even interested but I'm a little

We haven't heard from TinyBee yet ;)

I haven't heard of any arrests and there was nothing on the news so I assume she either got lost in the menu of her fave restaurant or she just stared from afar.
Everyone has off here today so I think we'll hear something from her in the evening. I use my free day to do some stuff in my household. It needs it. And then we still got Roma today. Maybe Mom is "encountering" him there. She should be somewhere in Italy. :p

I was on my best behaviour and only watched him walk right past me. My friends will probably tell you that I was stuck to the chair with an enchanted look on my face. :D

No, I simply wasn't fast enough to jump up and ask him to sign the "True Blood"-DVD-box that I tend to carry around with me. *cough* And there was no way I would have asked him for a photo either because I look like someone fresh out of a pub brawl at the moment due to a kite-surfing accident last weekend. So, I simply took a very long look and felt incredibly stupid because my first thought was "He is really tall!". Let's talk about thinking the obvious... :shame:

Excellent guess, Bag! Drinks are on me! :D

I'm very proud of you for not jumping him like a horny female dog. I see you got the memo about behaving properly around tall men.

Oh drinks are on you? Great! I'd take a beer normally (though no Berliner Pilsner like Alex) but on this special occasion today I think I go with Rotkäppchen. :p

You just have to love Berlin for all its construction places. I think I've never seen anything not being under construction there. :D

:yahoo: I am so pleased for you. I am sitting here with the biggest grin on my face :happydance:I'd have probably been the same, so yeah, you saw the Skars :p I'm still smiling like the Cheshire Cat, so you must be ecstatic :smooch:

Some preview to an interview he did yesterday. And yes, he compared Berlin to Stockholm. See we told you he'll like it there.

Thank you for this. I hope you don't mind but as I had to use Google translate I thought I may as well post the article up here whilst I was faffing around :smile1:

Q: Ist dies dein erster Besuch in Deutschland?

Total krass!
