The SD muscles were a lot for him, so probably not going to see that again anytime soon.

Alex looks really good, like he's not only put his weight back on but he's packed on a bit of muscle as well. And he's had a haircut.

He's not been papped at Joan's in what, over a year? But he looks happy, and very good. I'm presuming that's Keith behind him.
Since he is in LA here's hoping for the HBO party on Sunday.

He really does, seems like he can pack on the meat just as fast as losing it.
And I selfishly don't like the haircut.
