JJ reports that Anna had her twins. A few weeks earlier than expected but everyone's healthy.
Yep, it's in US and everywhere - good catch Syd.
Me too. Definitely one of the highlights from the TIFF interviews. On another note, I laughed out loud at Julianne Moore's response to the 50 question. Another reason she's my favourite actress.
I think that's from my tumblr. This definitely isn't new, but I thought it was a very good editif Santress hasn't already posted it

- Celebs.com, Photo credit: Scott McDermottTrue Bloods Alexander Skarsgard stopped by the Beyond Cinema Studio presented by Celebs.com to promote his new film What Maisie Knew a gorgeous, heart-breaking film starring Skarsgard,Julianne Moore, Steve Coogan and newcomer Onata Aprile.
Photographer Scott McDermott grabbed the image above, and our video interview with the star and his 7-year-old co-star will post soon!
The film deals with a dysfunctional couple too busy to truly care for their kid despite their protestations of love for her, and the steps they take as they angle for custody of the young girl, whom eventually prefers to spend time with her stand-in substitutes and upon whom she can trust to be their for her when her blood parents cant. Each of the actors inhabits their roles with such honesty that one cant help but be taken with the story, based on a novel by Henry James.
Congratulations to them! Glad all is well
Advisor, thanks for the article but Syd beat you to it on the previous page - have to be quick around here.
Michael D is a crackup. So wrong and yet so right. The perfect antidote for the mags that pay lip service to the celebs managers/PR team etc (looking at you People magazine).

The original is from A-Skarsgard.net. They have great HQ pics but many of them are so big I'd lag us out if I posted them.![]()
My last stop on Friday night was Soho House where I met up with my etalk friends Jessi Cruickshank and Danielle McGimsie. They admired Alexander Skarsgard. Me, I went upstairs for the charcuterie.
Disconnect - review
Just got back from the North American premiere of Disconnect at TIFF. I will post spoilers under the cut but let me just start off by saying this was a really, really good movie. There were many scenes that really struck a chord with the sold-out crowd and people (including me) actually gasped at least twice during the movie.
Queen-Haq is still at TIFF and has posted her review of Disconnect which see saw at a screening there. A taste of the review is below.
There are spoilers in the review so if you want to read more go here

I've been following Lainey these last few days since she's there. Other than random mentions, she hasn't talked about him. Unlike last year, with Alicia V., (btw, thank you for starting that rumour) she's not mentioned him much (well, maybe about his height). I know she's no longer a fan, but she did post this on the visa blog she's doing:

Toronto 2012: 'What Maisie Knew' Review
It's been a few days since I've seen What Maisie Knew, but despite all the movies I've checked out in Toronto in subsequent days, this one has stayed with me. It's a touching, smart drama about a little girl named Maisie who gets embroiled in her parents' bitter custody dispute. The film breaks your heart. Here's my Screen International review:

Sorry. When so much info is coming in at once, it's hard to remember what I've seen, vs. what I've read here. Although I'm really glad the reviewer mentioned that this is a movie that's stayed with him several days after screening. Hopefully, someone will be posting soon that it's been sold. Fingers crossed.
