The time line is really tight on TB, so the fact that he had completely different hair this season made no sense and they never explained it. I hope they don't do that next season too.

When they had the Nazi flashback, his hair was lighter since it wasn't gelled. They didn't have gel in WWII.

I don't think it was dyed! Dirty blond changes a lot, depending on what light you're in. My brother has the same color (and like 7 millions of other Swedes...) and his color changes from pretty dark brown, to blond, depending on what light he's in, and what time of the year it is. Remember that they shoot season 3 in the winter, and almost all Swedes goes at least one shade darker, in the winter, without dying it, and gets very easy sun bleached in the summer... (That explains why we have a lot of coloring to do at work all winter long, but in summer, we do mostly cutting...:smile1:

While I hated the S1 wig, the bleach streaking in S2 was chunky and looked amateurish. I liked the length in S2. And I didn't have a problem with him not bleaching his hair. He did sneak in a few more subtle highlights in S3, but you couldn't see them very well through the gel. I hated the excessive gelling in S3.

His cowlick is adorable, but there doesn't seem to be much that can keep it from flying up. I guess keeping his hair short at his neck is his best bet.

Well he is suppose to be burnt a bit in the end in Season 3 so maybe that explains the hair getting shorter...like when he got blood all over the ends and Pam had to trim it down...just a thought

Yeah, 'cause Pam did the highlights in his office.

All this talk about the fashion shoots dying his hair darker is ridiculous. His primary JOB is playing Eric on True Blood, not doing a 3rd rate fashion shoot for a magazine. If they dye his hair darker, it needs to be dyed BACK to blond (which can be done, billions of women can't be wrong). Or - shocker - he needs to say NO, please, stop dying my hair brown.

All this shows me is that the show runners of True Blood don't give a viking's butt about continuity or staying true to any type of character where Eric is concerned. Now you know that if Stephen cuddled up to Anna while she was getting her highlights and got accidental streaks on his 'burns, they'd be all up with prosthetics and makeup and hair club for men to keep him looking like the proper Civil War vet he's supposed to be.

Can you tell I'm DONE with AB's fanfiction this year?? :nuts:

New poster, longtime lurker here. While, ahem, glancing at skarsgardnews twitter page, I noticed there is a new twitter account claiming to be Mr. Handsome. It looks like it has real photos of him on it. There is a post/pic of BosHo and he first tweeted, "I like this pic" and then a couple of seconds later, changed the tweet to, "I like this pic. My girlfriend is pretty."

I don't know if this is really his twitter account, but if it is, boo. Also, he needs glasses because his girlfriend is anything but pretty. Here is a link to the account.

Yeah that is fake, and the person also made fake twitters for his entire family at the same time, and followed them. Someone has gone mad. The latest tweet entitled "Working hard in Hawaii" is a stock shot of a guy in a hammock from far away...LOL. Oh, too funny.

I could be seeing things, but did any of ya'll notice that he had a small pony tail.. I noticed it when he was walking towards russell in the museum. Was that a pony tail?

Are you sure?? It seems pretty legit. The Swedish is dead on anyway. I know there were some tweets going around about a fake twitter account for AS but I don't think it was for this one.

I admit, the part about "his girlfriend" was suspect because he is always saying that he does not want to discuss his personal life. Also, he says that he does not want to read stuff about himself, well having a twitter account will pretty much insure that he reads stuff about himself. I think I am going to wait this one out and see if we hear anything from another place.

It's a really good fake. But I don't see him A. Not protecting his tweets and B. Basically announcing kb as a gf to the world like that. After months of avoidance, no comments, keeping rumors, etc on and on. But someone really put time into it that's for sure. And my God that has to be one of the most unatractive shots I've ever seen of her if it is her. Never saw that shirt before. More free time than I've got that's for sure.
