The article where Alex talks about his memory loss from drinking is hilarious. Lets just assume he had to put on his beer goggles just to be around Twiggy. How else could he tolerate being around her. He was drunk. Poor Alex. Maybe he was strong armed by his publicist to have a relationship with her, and this is his way of saying FU to everything. This could explain his mean looks and apparent unhappiness over the last 9 months.

On another note, Rihanna is staying at the ***** Hotel in Waikiki. I wonder if they will put Alex up in the same Hotel?

I don't understand how someone would want such gossip, for lack of a better word, surrounding them right before "launching" a new product.

Where's the integrety in that... in my opinion if all this new speculation is something to keep her in the media -- not associated to a man-- something that represents her career-- the shallowness of such "advertisement" is for the moment.. not the long run... it does not say anything for the quality of the "market" it's trying to reach.

I don't think she wants bad news...just news. Then again, maybe that's why the reps responded because this rumor was about her cheating. AND it's not the first time she's been attached to a rumor about infidelity and she still can't seem to shake it.

I don't know. The jewelry line isn't out yet and the only people talking about it is her fans, Alex's fans, and the people she's working with. So she has time to work on a great campaign I guess.

Throughout all the speculation of "defining their relationship" the masses determined that AS & KB are/ were a couple, because of the paps..providing us pics of them and "eye witness reports" since the Scream Awards. AS has neither confirmed or denied his relationship with KB, per his own desire to keep his private life..private... KB has neither confirmed or denied their relationship.. although.. we have all those "over heard" conversations in which she talks about "their plans, etc, etc".....

I am under the impression that most of us, here.. have questioned the sincerity of their relationship, due to contradictions in what we have learned about ASkars character, the body language that we have seen in pictures, and the history that follows KB

Because of no sightings upon AS's return to the states and Emmy awards.. within what a day or two... "They Broke-Up" a comment generated from Gakka's translation of a Sweden gossip rag from 2 months ago... KB "broke-up with Alex" because per usual, no comments from anyone, and all this occurred via internet...

Within a day or two later, It turns out that via an excerpt of an Us Weekly article that will be/ is published "KB cheated on him" because of Bloom and his new family...yada, yada, yada. Interestingly enoungh this particular excerpt quotes her rep, which is unusual, stating something to the effect of "nothing happened.. they are just good friends"


If the dynamics of their relationship had changed and they were going their separate ways.. WHO and WHY would someone choose a 2 month old gossip article from Sweden to spread the "break-up"-(which spread like wild fire-- even made a video--) to announce something that never was according to record (meaning never confirmed by AS or KB-- out of the horses mouth)

What motivated this action?

Well I thought it was a way for KB to save face since she is the one who has been publically named (internet and magazines) talking about their relationship- a PR move.

But if this was a ploy for KB to save face... who and what motivated or why would someone leak info regarding that she "cheating" and that "AS doesn't know" or something like that.. the cheating coinsides with the history that seems to be stuck to her like white on rice.

Is this a PR ploy as well? and if so, for whom? They have the same PR person (if I understood correctly)

neither of them nor their reps.. have commented on their relationship-- all these months-- all the JJ stories, cochella, and both sweden trips, etc,etc.. with the exception of the movie date/ pap incident indicating -- "they are just friends..."

what makes the Us - cheating article, special enough to warrent a comment on behalf of KB implying that she did not cheat in a relationship that doesn't exsist-- "they are good friends", well that doesn't mean anything to me becasue that's the same line we were told after the movie/pap incident.. the only thing about their relationship that has been confirmed...

which story will have more merit.. something written on the internet or something published in a magazine? What is the PR angle? If AS, dropped his PR person... who is attacking KB?

Hmm , you bring up some very valid questions, and to be honest. I'm just as confused as you are...however...

I have no real idea as to why someone would use a 2 month old gossip rag article, that is obvious BS mind you, to start break up rumors about KB and AS. One could assume that her people put it out there or let it ride as a way to announce the "break up" without actually announcing the break up, because as you said, no one has confirmed anything and it's been over a year. I personally think their PR people's choice to not address the break up rumor validates the fact that they have indeed been in some sort of a romantic relationship all this time despite what they may or may not say. I think that their PR has decided to not confirm or deny ANYTHING concerning their relationship and the break up rumor falls into that category. I'm one of those people who isn't convinced that they are broken up (I'm stilling waiting for her to show her smug little face any day now), but letting that break story ride confirms without confirming.

However, I do question why Us, after printing that story about them being some happy onset romance just a week ago, would turn around and print another story accusing KB of cheating right before she jetted off to Sweden... But here's the thing about Us. People often lump them in with other gossip rags like Star and Life & Style or even the National Enquirer, but in reality they are very different. I used to be an avid Us Weekly reader and believe it or not, they are pretty damn accurate. 90% of stuff they print has more than a grain of truth to it, so although I don't completely buy the KB cheating thing right off the bat, I suspect there is some validity to it and that's why her rep felt the need to address the rumor. Us Weekly is powerful and pretty well respected for a gossip mag. It also has a huge amount of readers, so what they print tends to stick, and like I said, they don't usually print stuff they can't back up.

I also think her rep bothered to address the cheating rumor and not all the other rumors because it reflects badly on her and brings to mind the Chris Martin stuff. She already has a bad rep. The last thing they need is for more sh** to stick to her, so they immediately shoot down rumors like this.

As far as AS goes, I agree with other people who think that his PR people (who also rep KB) don't really have a handle on him, especially when he's off running his mouth in Europe. They don't have clout with the journalist in Sweden like they do over here, and he's so much more open in interviews there that they must be pulling their hair out. I'm pretty sure they would have rather he said no comment when asked about KB than saying that whole "I'll let the rumors stay rumors for a while" stuff. Who says that unless they want to fan flames and be cheeky.

Anyway, I'm going off on a tangent, but in short, I don't think that anyone is gunning for KB per se. I just think her bad rep is her own worst enemy. I certainly don't think that AS is gunning for her as he just doesn't seem the type to wage war in gossip mags. after re-examining that photo... it may not be her....ASkars does have what appears to be a smile on his face.... who knows...

the crooked hair part....I have naturally curly hair all one length, which looks kinda funny parted in teh middle, so I was shown how to part it crookedly, so that the curls balance.. (don't know if this makes since)

I usually do that to make my grown out roots a little less showing!

I was wondering why now.. would someone outside of the fans/ internet gossip sites demonstrate KB in a negative light. In most magazines she is discussed positively for fashion... and is marketed to target the "how to dress for less" peeps... a fashion role model, if you will

Oh no, I didn't think that you were implying that it was him specifically. But if they did break up then the most logical person to benefit from negative gossip about her would be him. I was just thinking out loud. No worries, bb.

As far as people being out to get her, like I said, I don't think that's the case in this instance, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were people out there that wouldn't mind dropping some unflattering gossip about her. From what I can see, it's not just the internet that dislikes her. Supposedly there are people in the film industry that dislike her too, so it's possible.

I'm personally enjoying the radio silence right now. I hope she stays under the radar forever, and I hope like hell the break rumors are true, but as I've stated many times before, I'm a pessimist and I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. Watch her show up in Hawaii after her one or two days of filming in Michigan or wherever, grinning like an idiot and latching herself to Alex while he looks miserable. Just imagining it is enough to make me sick .

I think you're right about that. But honestly, she did it to herself so she has no one to blame. I find it hard to believe that she's really some super sweet innocent starlet who, by no fault of her own, got stuck with a bad reputation. That just doesn't jive with me. Do I believe that all of the stuff they say about her is true? No, but negativity doesn't follow you around like that and pretty much kill your career just because people are "jealous haters" who want to bring you down because you're so awesome and sweet. There is some (maybe a lot) of truth to what people say about her and I think she knows it, so she's just trying to truck along and stay in the spot light for as long as possible.

You're kinder than I am. I'd rather see her crap enterprise fail, along with anything else that will keep her smug mug on my magazines or screen. I really, really don't like her and find her worthless.

She's latched onto AS like a barnacle. I'll be she's always asking him to go with her somewhere or she's asking herself over. The places they've been together (except for concerts) aren't things he'd think of going to on his own. I'll bet she got herself set up as his presenter at the Scream Awards, and that's when they got together. She certainly cozied up to him that night. Prior to that he'd been seen a few times with ERW.

No wonder he always looks so miserable when she's with him--she's worse than a famewhore and more like a stalker. It was always FWB for him, and now she's no benefit. Besides, she probably looks repulsive when she's naked. It's got to be a major turnoff. He can do so much better than that. He could walk into a crowded room and get at least half the women to volunteer.

I had not heard that he dropped his PR person. When did this happen?

Curly, I offer no answers, but perhaps my thoughts...I think her PR people are pretty smart. The way that I read them is this: if it is true, there is an immediate no comment. (Usually the rumors that they comment on are damaging to her character). If the rumors are true but tend to generate some sort of advantage for her, then they don't comment because the speculation is enough publicity. If the rumors are obvious, like that picture of her with LL...What can they say? She was having a bad day? I don't think so.

I think that the thing that makes it different with Us mag is that the rumor before, with the Swedish gossip rag, kind of put AS in a bad light. It made him seem immature, unable to commit, etc...I think that every woman on this thread has commented at least once about how his tendency to ignore her so blatantly appeared to be a bit disrespectful on his part. But the rumor about her cheating, well now they can't have that. Us mag may be a gossip rag but they are a bit more studious than say the Swedish rag.

AS has me confused a bit as well. Some of his comments regarding this relationship have been strange. That is why I think that either the relationship may have happened and the PR people saw that the speculation was better for exposure than any confirmation. I think that the PR people used AS a bit and he got annoyed by it. I always thought it was strange that people would get papped leaving the grocery store. I do believe that KB called the press numerous times that they were together.

Obviously we will never hear anything one way or another, from AS anyway. But I think that it is obvious to everyone that KB wanted the world to know that they were together. All the comments that she made about "going to meet her boyfriend". In the vicinity of people who would report it. All those "loving couple" pics on JJ. I have no idea. What I do know is that this was a completely inside job. At least the publicity. AS seems to be able to move around on his own without being noticed. KB was just ignored. Until the two got together.

I don't think the relationship is over, but I do think that maybe Alex change the terms of the agreement.

I hate to be a buzzkill, but this pic of her clothes wasn't from her recent jewelery line photoshoot. I'm not sure what the purpose of this pic is, but I saw it somewhere about 2 months ago. I'm sorry my memory is a little hazy at the moment. I just remember seeing it and thinking how gross all the clothes look. It's probably from a previous shoot. I'm not saying she probably didn't pull many of the same outfits for this shoot (lets face it, she more than likely did). I just wanted to clear things up about that pic. I'll give it a search when I'm at a computer later today to see if I can find where it's from. Either way, it still doesn't change that that "wardrobe" is attrocious.
