what's going on here?
Throughout all the speculation of "defining their relationship" the masses determined that AS & KB are/ were a couple, because of the paps..providing us pics of them and "eye witness reports" since the Scream Awards. AS has neither confirmed or denied his relationship with KB, per his own desire to keep his private life..private... KB has neither confirmed or denied their relationship.. although.. we have all those "over heard" conversations in which she talks about "their plans, etc, etc".....
I am under the impression that most of us, here.. have questioned the sincerity of their relationship, due to contradictions in what we have learned about ASkars character, the body language that we have seen in pictures, and the history that follows KB
Because of no sightings upon AS's return to the states and Emmy awards.. within what a day or two... "They Broke-Up" a comment generated from Gakka's translation of a Sweden gossip rag from 2 months ago... KB "broke-up with Alex" because
per usual, no comments from anyone, and all this occurred via internet...
Within a day or two later, It turns out that via an excerpt of an Us Weekly article that will be/ is published "KB cheated on him" because of Bloom and his new family...yada, yada, yada. Interestingly enoungh this particular excerpt quotes her rep, which is unusual, stating something to the effect of "nothing happened.. they are just good friends"
If the dynamics of their relationship had changed and they were going their separate ways.. WHO and WHY would someone choose a 2 month old gossip article from Sweden to spread the "break-up"-(which spread like wild fire-- even made a video--) to announce something that never was according to record (meaning never confirmed by AS or KB-- out of the horses mouth)
What motivated this action?
Well I thought it was a way for KB to save face since she is the one who has been publically named (internet and magazines) talking about their relationship- a PR move.
But if this was a ploy for KB to save face... who and what motivated or why would someone leak info regarding that she "cheating" and that "AS doesn't know" or something like that.. the cheating coinsides with the history that seems to be stuck to her like white on rice.
Is this a PR ploy as well? and if so, for whom? They have the same PR person (if I understood correctly)
neither of them nor their reps.. have commented on their relationship-- all these months-- all the JJ stories, cochella, and both sweden trips, etc,etc.. with the exception of the movie date/ pap incident indicating -- "they are just friends..."
what makes the Us - cheating article, special enough to warrent a comment on behalf of KB implying that she did not cheat in a relationship that doesn't exsist-- "they are good friends", well that doesn't mean anything to me becasue that's the same line we were told after the movie/pap incident.. the only thing about their relationship that has been confirmed...
which story will have more merit.. something written on the internet or something published in a magazine? What is the PR angle? If AS, dropped his PR person... who is attacking KB?
