Thanks. My Aunts name is Jane and I have two friends with the name Jane. I heard that AS shoved KB in one of his suit cases, and it ended up in lost and found somewhere between Sweden and LA. I guess that was the only way he thought he could get rid of her for a few days. Sorry, couldnt help myself. Lost luggage, if it were only true.

I LOVE Sia! She is Australian (like me!) so I have known about her for quite a number of years and she seems to be becoming more popular overseas now which is great. We had Breathe Me on part of our wedding DVD in 2006!

God, I've always wanted to go to Australia. But I'm in the U.S., and a trip there would be soooo expensive. Don't have that kind of cash.

Is is true that a lot of the men there have more of a rugged and more masculine type of personality like Sam Worthington, Russell Cowe and Eric Bana? I've heard people say that Australian men are more like American men in that sense. That supposedly they are more similar to American men than English men because English men are more prim and proper (except for Jason Statham and Vinnie Jones LOL).

Yes we are quite aways away down here in Aus so it can be quite expensive to get here!

Anyhoo - re the question about the men.....I guess we generally have a wide spectrum of men just like everywhere else. There are all types! BUT in saying that I would say that someone like a Sam Worthington or an Eric Bana would be just your traditional stereotypical Aussie male. They are your "salt of the earth" types who are handsome in their own way but not "pretty" or heavily into fashion and dressing in an European style (a la ASkars with his professor bow tie, burgundy plants and plaid! Toooo cute!)

As an example, Ryan Kwanten (off True Blood) is from where I have grown up and live and there are thousands upon thousands of guys like him. He was just your average young local guy who was in the surf club scene here on the northern beaches of Sydney.

Did anybody catch the red carpet with Billy Bush prior to the ceremony? I LOLed when they started talking about poor Anna's dress! The woman who Billy was with was sizing up all the gowns and said that Anna looked like a Spanish bullfighter (aka matador). Then Billy explained how when he was interviewing them actual pieces of the top matador part of the dress started falling off! He said something like "Yeah the whole ensemble just seems to be falling apart for her". Ouch! I like her edgy choices in clothes but she failed miserably yesterday. She also ended up in most of those worst dressed lists. I think Claire Danes and the brunette from "Glee" were touted as some of the best dressed. The Glee girl had a stunning navy gown which made my jaw drop! Claire was kinda plain.

Does anyone have pics of the dress Anna wore to the afterparty?

:lolots: I guess we'll see if they truly are broken up in a few days. Like many of you have said, I'm sure if they're still together she is just itching to pop up and laugh in our faces.

If they did break up, though, it means it was right around his birthday. Kinda sad, no?

Really?! What's wrong with Lea Michele? She seemed like such a down-to-earth sweetheart when Billy Bush was interviewing her pre-ceremony. As progressive as we might think we are in today's society, the truth is a lot of people still have trouble with strong female personalities. Lea seems sweet but she's very opinionated and she's no wall flower. Maybe Ted C or some of the E! people dislike that about her. Diana Agron who's also on Glee (the blondie that is good friends with Anna Paquin) is very demure and says only what she's expected to say so maybe that's why they hardly ever pick on Diana.

People that make a living off of celebrity gossip aren't exactly known for being the most educated and wise of people. Many of these people couldn't care less about equality or fairness. It might be true that Lea is a jerk but it could also just be bias against her.

They can be pretty harsh (and to keep us not OT, I'll keep this short) - I think the jist of it is that she is letting fame go to her head, was the only one at the party with annoying personal bodyguards, she has a bad rep on the set for being a diva, etc. My view - she has to carry the show and she's a theater person so she's got that temperament and isn't too schooled yet on the nice/nice. I laughed yesterday when Giuliana Rancic really gave it to Dianna Agron about dodging a question about her dating Alex Pettyfer - she said "you're not big enough yet in your career here to blow me off on that question". Wonder if anyone ever tried that one with Alex?? (and by Alex, I mean OUR Alex of course..)

Honest to god. AS/KB's relationship is so not what she's had in the past or clearly wants. This was an homage to PDA. and, btw, boy have her looks changed in the last two to three years. I think no matter whether this is a temporary blip or the sign of the times, this ain't gonna last. No way. Not from her side at least - she won't be able to stand it (btw, if you watch this, keep the sound off - or you may hurl, it's so saccharine).

and frankly...that smacks of a "good offense is the best defense", i.e. "I'm ok, I'm at a photo shoot, nothing wrong with me" even though everyone and their double brother cousin is posting on her and Alex's potential alleged demise. I think Amanda is part of the plan here to keep KB looking like a) she's 'working' and b) that everything is 'ok' and she's not curled in the fetal position or something like that. ADC is good friends with KB and is probably inside the scoop.
