I have voiced on numerous occasions that I find it hard to believe that Alex would maintain a relationship in order to publisize a movie but I am coming around to thinking that he may hang with KB in order to have a steady girlfriend because his PR team know that he needs someone to show the homophobic community out there. I don't know if Alex is gay or not but he sure doesn't seem to be very good with women. He seems way better at having an intimate relationship (maybe not sexual) with men. So if not homosexual then homophilic. Kind of a PR guy's nightmare. The purse may be happy that KB is not there tonight but I bet that his PR people would have preferred that he had a woman on his arm rather than his BFF.

I don't think that he is gay. I just think that she is not there because a). they broke up (my wish) or b). he did not want press about his personal life. There time in Sweden--the fights in particular--suggests that they (KB/AS) might not get along that great. Most guys are more relaxed and comfortable with their friends than with their girlfriends. He did say in an interview that he had commitment issues. Also, I wonder what kinds of demands the women place on him. I think KB is looking for a long term thing and AS is not. If the relationship is for PR the cursing and screaming fights in Sweden did not help anymore than him bringing a guy to the Emmys.

I don't think AS is gay because of the way he is standing next to Anna. HE is just awkward in a lovable, sexy way. He is very lanky--long limbs and such. He is a big man so he would naturally have an awkward stance. I love the way he walks though...:nuts:

I hear ya!! I am barely 5' 2" but I have always gone for really tall guys! And look like their baby sister next to them :p

I bet he's exhausted! He looks it.

My husband is also very tall, 6'5" so I am a bit swayed towards tall men.

I missed the presentation - did he say anything?

Looks like Anna dressed like a viking or conquistador - hahaha

I love these last ones where they are playing around. As for the gay thing...I don't see it. Maybe there is a third reason she wasn't there. She's working...I know shocking but it does happen. Anyway, as for the way he is standing next to Anna...to be honest I would be uncomfortable too the way Anna and Stephen are all hugged up on each other. Poor Alex looks like a gorgeous third wheel or like the costar that's being pimped out like a main star.


That's all my thoughts....back to the Happy Panda pictures!!!!

Exactly!! He looks happy and playful!! And we will see some drunk Alex pics in the near future, I think!

I completely agree! Seeing them standing side-by-side there was just no competition in my eyes. Of course, I am also married to a 6'8" blond with blue eyes, but I'm sure that has nothing to do with it...

I'd say that might be a reason, but it is the weekend and she'd probably pop for a private plane to get back in time to wherever if she had to in order to get that facetime. He looked amazing tonight and it would have been a coup for her to be seen with him. Agree, these last photos are a hoot - I'm sure that JJ and PopSugar will no doubt use them...

I know...I was just trying. I'm just puzzled is all. Although if she is filming on the east coast and didn't want to waste the five hour flight tomorrow she would have left today....but then again Alex didn't do it either. And he has to work and it's a five hour flight to hawaii. SO again I say I'm puzzled. I guess we'll know by the morning if she's at the after party.
