Fortunately, even should clouds gather, my Brahmin Pink Shayna is up to the challenge.
I love Brahmins for rain. Nylon bags will eventually soak through but these sturdy bags hold up to nearly anything.Back to sunshine (however briefly) here today.

A friend of mine is going to her son’s wedding next July.
She wants to wear an « elegant » purse.
She doesn’t want to carry a handheld bag, she doesn’t want to get a crossbody bag that has a handle, she doesn’t want it to be too big or too casual etc.
I showed her all the pics of the bags I have…and told her that I would be happy to lend her one. But none fit the bill..
The same thing happened about ten years ago when an other friend ( this time going to her daughter’s wedding in Australia ) told me she was looking for a bag.
The difference was that she flatly refused my offer because she was afraid of damaging the bag during the trip.
In the end she had bought one that she wore only once…
