Agent Provocateur does bra alterations!~

You know, I was at A.P. today and they said that alterations are $15. (I was hoping to take down a garter belt from S to XS) Piggy -- was your bra alteration free? I was bummed because for the prices they charge, you would think alterations would be free. But, I guess that wouldn't amount to a good business model because lingerie rarely fits anyone perfectly....most people would need alterations of some type for a *perfect* fit. Anyhoo, just thought I'd mention it.

i believe it was also $15 to take in each bra - i can see your point, but at the same time i suppose my view is sort of the reverse - i'm already spending $200 on a bra, might as well spend the extra $15 to make it fit perfectly, KWIM?

my tolerance for additional alteration cost is always higher for higher-priced items. when i fell in love with a cavalli dress which was hopelessly too large i bought it anyway and ended up paying several hundred to have it taken in . . . but i *love* it still!!
