Here's a quick reveal of my Rose Sakura agenda cover, cherve mysore in GM size.
Specifications:
Simple Agenda Cover - Grand Modèle (GM)
This is the agenda cover with one or two hooks for refill and two inside pockets. Dimensions: 9.5 x 13.2 cm
US h.com is sold out of it but its available in black on the UK website:
http://uk.hermes.com/leather/agendas/agenda-covers/gm-simple-15786.html
The refills for this range from $45 - $155 which is an insane amount and I would save as much on the refill as I possibly can and have that savings go towards another agenda cover.
Refills here:

What I found out:
1) Dual use: The GM size fits your passport so this agenda cover doubles up as a passport holder/cover.
2) The size of the refill is the standard B7 size. If you're looking for cheaper alternatives for your agenda in GM, order it in B7 size. This is readily available in the UK and all commonwealth countries, I'm not sure about the US since our standard paper sizing is different. The one that I am using (as pictured) is from Azone which costs about only a dollar. I cut off the plastic cover and cover page of the notebook and viola, perfect for the cover.
3) I purchased a really really small pen which allows me to slot it into the rings of the refill and this made the agenda cover a pleasure to use. This particular one is from Zebra, Japan, costing around $4.
Question:
Now, I'm curious. The cover that I have has two hooks. Those of you with the same cover with two hooks, what do you do? Do you hang two separate refills on them or do you hook one refill on both hooks?
