I decided to dye my bag (white-->brown)

I got it done at the proffesional but i would never EVER dye my bag again:cry: the leather feels so rough ....anyways i like the color though

Perhaps you could apply some moisturizer. The new color looks great.

Try putting some lubriderm on the bag to soften it. I do love the color but I don't know that I would ever dye a Bal Bag. I am getting a brown this season as well in the new Chataigne.

looks great. I think it will soften up with use. It is like getting a new bag. You have to break it in again.

The color looks good. I would get some Apple Garde conditioner and moisturize it. That might help soften it.

Love the colour. Like many suggested, a good conditioning coat should help.
