I just received 2 items from my Chanel boutique, a handbag and scarf. I asked the SA to wrap them for the holidays and ship to my home and both arrived with a flower charm. She also included a a small gift bag with lots of sample/travel size skin care products and perfumes. Not sure if that was standard at the boutique or if the SA was being sweet........
