A question about Alma

Today I've gone to the boutique to purchase an Alma MG to my mother. As far as i knew, and as it is explained on the lv web the alma is sold without padlock. Is it right??. Because i've surrended to the temptation of trying the handbag... and i've found a padlock!!. it's the third time we buy something, so i was wondering if our s.a. has been so kind....

Thank you for the explanation. i wasn't sure of the padlock because the description of "Speedy" talks about it, but he "Alma" doesn't.

I hope i'll post some pics of my mom with Alma soon.
