If you like the bag, I don't think the scratch is a deal breaker. The leather looks like it will scratch over time and I bet some leather conditioner will help
I think this bag retailed for $450, so 50% off will be $225. For charge send, you need to call the outlet that has the item you want and ask them to hold it. Then go to your local outlet and give them the info and they will take an imprint of your card for charging.
If you have the item number, you can also give it to your local outlet and ask them to look up other outlets that has it.
Had to pay $10 for shipping too.
I ordered multiple items from 1st and 2nd collections via charge send - bags and wallet had damage and two bags were damaged beyond minor scratches to the point they should not have been sold without at least some disclosure. Also missing tags... I am concerned that I will not be allowed to return the items with no tags...
I've been able to. I would try to get to the store as soon as possible so it is obvious that you didn't have time to use them.
I have had bags ship from coach.com without tags. Or tags removed. Most of the time it was sent by a store and if I requested a gift box they would take the whole tag off. Anyway I have returned a few of them and never had an issue. If you think it may be awhile until you can return either call the store and give them a heads up that you will be in a later date to return and why. And note who you spoke with. If you are shipping the return send an email about the situation. That way you feel covered.
Oh! The fobs were ringing up $49 today. I asked, "So they are discounted ONE whole dollar???" SA had no reply.

If I had a normal Snoopy collection I could take a photo of a curio cabinet and say "here it is", but I have an abnormal Snoopy collection so it kind of involves the whole house.
When they advertise their fake "leather" bags as "calf-leather"? Yeah, seriously, what IS up with them? They can lure me in with Snoopy, but otherwise I'm taking a break. I really dislike being lied to.
Not yet. A friend is translating the manual so I can get to the correct menu/level to get to the Snoopy frames. I did it once (for an item I don't have anymore) and now can't remember which buttons I (accidentally) pushed to get it to show up. It's all in Chinese so I can't just RTFM like I usually do, lol! I'll post a pic when I print one out. It's like the US version where you have several layers of functions and the language barrier is just too much for me.
I'd love it and be thrilled at the good price.
Like others have said, it may come out with some moisturizer, plus it'll get some marks from use just the same as if you'd paid full price for it. It is a gorgeous bag and I'd take a scratched real leather Surrey over one of the mystery material Bennett bags any day (no offense to those loving them, they just don't do it for me).
Perhaps so lol. I was back in the factory mall today.. tons of the totes left, as well as most of the SLG's... a few bennetts(they only ever got the small) no Fobs but those were gone the second time i went back and very low supply on the release date. S/O of all Chalk though at least in wristlets and cosmetic cases, wallets and so forth.
I had kinda sorta hoped some FP Peanuts stuff had landed there, sadly no... happily used my woodstock wristlet today though. Still adore that thing.
Apparently there were some mini-Surreys at the Woodbury outlet, but I highly doubt there would be any special Peanuts box. These ran out even before Coach had finished their FP run.
I live in Toronto, Canada. I went to the outlet and ended up getting the last wallet in chalk. It was so dirty they had to clean it off before I would buy it. Anyone know if there are any more chalk wallets left in Toronto? If I find one in better condition I can exchange it. Also picked up the large Bennett in black. I dislike the mystery material but the size is good and the graphic of snoopy hugging Woodstock is too cute��. Hoping the cosmetic bags will get marked down some more. Does anyone think they will mark down the collection some more? I still think $229 Cdn for the Bennett was steep and so was the wallet at $159.
