A new Coach Line called Snoopy?

I was at an outlet this morning. The key chain is $39. I believe the crossbody was $69 and the wristlets & cosmetic bags are $39 as well. The wallets are $99 and the totes are the same price, give or take a dollar, as they were online. I wasn't interested in the Bennett bags, but I believe the price is the same as they were online.

I spoke with the manager 2 days ago when I returned the white tote and white wallet (didn't care for the eggshell white color that already appears dirty to me) about the coated canvas and how they are described as leather online. He told me two days ago after looking at the bag that it is coated canvas. This morning, he told me he contacted Coach and confirmed the advertising mistake. He apologized and I told him I still like the red and black totes so much that I'm keeping them regardless.

They had several available of everything on display all over the store. I was there at opening and there were about 8 other people waiting on the store to open. Two women "appeared" to be resellers - just a guess though based on what they were buying and how they were taking pictures of the huge pile of items they had on a counter. One of these women literally about plowed me down while I was talking to a manager. The store was not busy at all and she had plenty of room to not hit me - just a strange moment this morning. The manager raised his eyebrows and apologized for her behavior. This also happened after she cut in front of my daughter and I as we were entering the store when it first opened. So strange considering how much Snoopy merchandise was available and only a handful of customers.

I do not know if there is a limit on the number of Snoopy items one can buy - I purchased 7 (would have been 8 if the keychain had been $25). I purchased the cosmetic bag & wristlet in red, saddle, and black. I also bought the saddle wallet - wasn't planning on it but couldn't pass up a Snoopy & Woodstock wallet for $99.

All of this took place at an outlet in Orlando. ALL of the SA's & manager are very helpful and extremely friendly and they had tons of the Snoopy stuff available this morning. The fastest selling item I noticed is the black wristlet. The items with the lowest quantity on display was the cosmetic bags. I have no idea if they received fewer of those or if they just didn't put many out on the floor.

An interesting conversation with an SA revealed they aren't allowed to purchased any Snoopy items at this time as they are all for the customers. She kept telling me how lucky I was to be able to buy them as they can't yet.

I'm about to head to my outlet. I'm bringing my black smoochy wristlet to exchange because the seam makes weird lumps, and the back is wrinkled in a few places. I'm wondering if I should bring my cosmetic pouch to exchange, as the color looks nothing like the FOS pics. The FOS pics looked closer to FP true red, but the pouch I got is nearly indistinguishable from red currant. I wanted a bright red pop of color, and the one I got looks kind of dull or muted. Here's a pic of it with my red currant bag, and red YotH key pouch. Does the color of this cosmetic pouch look off to anyone else?

I did confirm with a Coach Outlet SA today that the totes and bennetts are coated canvas and a fabric cleaner should be used to clean them. The cosmetic bags and wristlets are the soft leather, as many stated, and it's really nice! The Coach Outlet in my area had everything on hand except for the large bennetts, which I kind of wanted.

Here's the prices at the outlet today if I recall correctly:
-Wristlets, Cosmetic Bag, Keychains $39
-Totes $179
-Mini Bennett $149
-Zip Accordion wallet $99
-Crossbody $69

Definitely the quality are nice on the wristlets and cosmetic bags. I also liked the totes even though they are canvas coated. I like the idea of carrying a lighter bag. The wallet does feel lighter and you can tell the quality is not up to par as the previous Snoopy wallets.

Happy shopping!

I wonder if they're cutting too many corners on this release? Here's what the black wristlet looked like. Top pic is of seams making lumps through the leather, bottom is deep wrinkles:

Only one of the two Las Vegas outlets has the Snoopy items. The wristlets and cosmetic cases are $39, wallets are $99, crossbody bags are $69. Charms and tote bags are more than on FOS - $39 for the charms and $179 for the totes. I did not notice the Bennett prices. The really interesting (annoying) part is that they were only allowing the purchase of 1 of each type - only 1 wristlet, 1 wallet, 1 cosmetic case, etc. My FOS order will arrive later today but I was relieved to find that I liked the black tote in the store so I will be keeping that. It was the only bag I ordered. The textured material did not look good on any of the other totes, IMO, and the chalk/white tote looked kind of dirty even brand new.

Think coach would honor a price adjustment?

EDITED TO SAY: Just checked a few threads. Tags have to be on still :( Bummer.

Also, it looks like adjustments are on available on FP store/site items...

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are permitted only when an item has been marked down. The price adjustment must be made within 14 days of purchase from a Coach Retail Store or via Coach.com. The item and original receipt must accompany the request.

Coach reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

At the Toronto Premium Outlets, I got 2 cosmetic cases ($49 CAD each), and 3 wristlets ($49 CAD each). Looking at my bill, I don't seem to be charged for my two keychains, so I don't know how much they were. Free, I guess!! I bought 3/4 items in white since the design pops better, but I may return them tomorrow for black or brown. I was also told at the cash register when I asked that there is a limit -- three of each item.

I asked two different SAs if the bags were made of leather or coated canvas and both insisted they're leather. If it's true, it looks very cheap. All of these Snoopy items, according to one SA, were produced specifically for the outlets.
