Funny story. So I receive a notice from BG that my order was being processed. Another email comes, shipping notification. Third email, order cancelled. I immediately speak with BG associates through their online chat. They also confirm that it's been cancelled. I check my account and confirm it's definitely cancelled. That was on Monday.

Yesterday, Fedex left me a notice for a package. Guess who sent it!!

I am also patiently waiting for my mini black/royal bucket to ship out from BG. It's been in process for almost 2 weeks and they kept pushing the estimated arrival date from Oct 6th to the 8th, then to the 9th and now the 14th. I hope I will get it next week.

O.M.G. this would be too much for me to handle.

i keep my fingers crossed that you will get what you ordered from them at the end of the day.

I finally got my bags from BG.

The Brandy bucket was ordered in July and I just got it today!
The mini backpack I ordered last week came yesterday.
I only got one tracking number, and that was for the Brandy bag .

I'm super happy I finally got it, but definitely they should get their act together as far as notifying customers.

My twin mini buckets came! the supposedly cancelled order.. hurrah! Then there is my lady ☺ 😍😍

I think I might return the cammello bucket for anyone whose interested but just a warning, there are some markings I noticed (see attached).

looks likes it's just the natural leather pattern but I don't really like it..

can you guys spot it? it's a small oil dot! I know it will go away with the patina so this doesn't bother me at all

This bugs me a lot. I just took it out of the bag and it already had this on it... They need to take better care of their wares...

I think the lines are normal, but not that oil spot. That would bug me too:)

It's amazing, I can't wait for the patina to set in :D

I also saw you had a brandy raw bucket come in. What a lovely bag, I really fell in love with that color ;) I wish I could make the larger bucket work on me but alas, too large.
