Something did always seem really off about this guy, has anyone ever seen some of his Lifetime movies, especially the ones where he plays the bad guy which was pretty much all of them, he always seemed to enjoy himself too much and he is a great actor and he really played these roles like maybe too well. One movie that sticks out in my mind is "The BabySitters Seduction" he played a married father who killed his wife and starts sleeping with the babysitter. He just creeped me out just the way he acted, like he was really that way in real life. I never pictured him the fatherly type just because he played the good Pastor on TV guess cause I've seen him in so many roles where he just enjoyed played bad

Wow. I'm speechless. Every time I see him in another show I'm like "look it's Reverend Camden." Shocking to hear about the type of man he really is. I hope there aren't any more victims. He worked with little girls for so many years.

Sickens me to read this...and to think, this a-hole/perv continued working with young girls. I hope he gives that wide eyed look to the guys in prison. I don't think there's anything that infuriates me more than pedophelia.

I don't care what the ACLU has to say these people need to be castrated...It always seems to be those types that always want to be around children. This girl I went to high school with her dad worked at the children's museum and he always use to help at the high school basketball games... A few years after we graduated I found out that her little sister was having a sleepover party and the FBI came busting in because he was downloading child pornography...disgusting

I agree

'Ted 2' fires Stephen Collins after molestation allegations

Stephen Collins has been cut from the movie Ted 2 after a recording surfaced today in which he admits to molesting several young children, EW has learned exclusively.

The sequel to Seth MacFarlane’s trash-talking teddy bear comedy is currently in production, and Collins—best known as the minister father in the 1996-2007 WB drama 7th Heaven—had a small role in the film, according to sources close to the project.

Although the 67-year-old actor has not yet been charged with a crime, the recording of him admitting to the crimes (first published on TMZ) and the police investigation that has since been launched were enough to lead MacFarlane and Universal Pictures to immediately end his involvement in the movie.

Representatives for the film confirmed the firing, but the filmmakers declined to comment beyond that.

It’s not clear what part Collins was performing, or whether it had even been shot yet, but reps for the film say it is small enough to remove without any major disruption or rewrites of the project.

Collins had never been officially announced as a part of the movie, but rumors had leaked of his involvement. The actor himself teased fans about his part in the movie. When asked recently about the character he was playing, Collins tweeted on Saturday: “I’d tell you but @SethMacFarlane would have to kill me.”

Now, commenters are tweeting such reactions as: “Is this option still available?” and “Skip the middleman and kill yourself, you waste of skin.”

One possible connection between the actor and the filmmaker: The Family Guy creator is a renowned Star Trek aficionado, and Collins played a significant role in 1979’s Star Trek: The Motion Picture as Will Decker, the man who takes over as captain of the Enterprise after James Kirk is promoted to Starfleet admiral.

Ted 2 is currently set for release June 26, 2015.

How long did his wife wait until police were involved...because it seems as if she waited until the divorce.

Yes, this is what I'm wondering (and I'm hoping it wasn't used as some sort of sick bargaining chip). She taped it in 2012, it should have been reported then right? If that's the case I don't know why these cases take so long to break- one high profile case in my area took three years from when a victim came forward and was believed to indictment and the abuse had started more than 10 years before that with other victims coming forward but nothing was done. It's disturbing how many people failed those kids and sounds like could have happened here as well unless it was reported in 2012 and he was already being investigated. Either way, I hope those involved get justice.

At least he admitted. It's like the whole world believes a child abuser's lies until they just out and admit it ... then everyone is shocked.

Sexual abuse is not something kids lie about.
