I think the ss only comes with white or black dial - someone add to this if I am missing something. Perhaps call an AD and ask?

I can't imagine myself spending big money without an actual passion for the item. Maybe what you're saying here is that you're unsettled at this time, and that's fine...maybe you want to spend more time shopping. Who doesn't?
That's what I would do! The Daytona actually sits quite nicely on the wrist, even though it's 40mm. I remember bb10lue posting that her smaller Day-Date feels bigger on her wrist than her Daytona.
I agree that going with a Daytona would be fun because it would be something different, and perfect for day to day wear.
I'm really loving Kohl's two-tone Yachtmaster! Will call ny jeweler today to see if he has one even though I'm not ready at the moment! It is perfect at 29mm cause it is slightly bigger than the ladies datejust at 26mm. My other watches such as Cartier ballon bleu and roadster are larger. My collection also includes sizes 31mm, 333mm, 34mm, and 38mm. So 29mm may be a nice addition. Also all my watches are all ss or ceramic except my dressy ladies in two-tone with diamond markers. I can't get kohl's watch out of my mind!
Hokaplan--I am a watch nut like you. I thought you were very brave to list your collection. I am not brave enough to see mine written out like that.
I am attracted to the new J12 too, but have only seen it in pictures. There are definitely issues that people have brought up that concern me (like it showing every fingerprint) but I think I need to see it in person. I am thinking as expensive as it is right now, Chanel will increase prices fairly rapidly as they always seem to do. So it is only going to go up.

I also just saw a two tone black bezel Submariner that a tpf friend of mine wears and it looks beyond fabulous on her. I really want one but I am thinking that I cannot buy even one more watch. I think it would convince my husband that I have lost my mind.

sbelle - We are a lot alike! I don't have nerve to go over $8000 on my next watch. So I think that takes Daytona out of the equation! I thought about the fingerprints on titanium but when does someone (or yourself) actually touch the watch? I'm wondering also if it is too shiny. Do you like or have a two-tone or all steel yachtmaster? Which color face do you like on it and do you think ladies 29mm is too small? I'm 5ft7 and 118 pounds. TIA!
