ceya - it is titanium (not ceramic).
lanasyogamoma - my 3 kiddies leave for 7 weeks of overnight camp next Saturday! I can probably try it on in a week or so.
My head tells me that it is ridiculous to get the titanium J12. But sometimes I do stupid things! Looking to see if any celebs will be photographed wearing them.

I don't think I would like the Chromatic J 12. It looks too masculine and the one's with diamonds are so pricey (plus I like the ceramics much better). However, I didn't know that the automatics stop if not worn in over 42 hours. You're supposed to wind it every two days or so or do something else (got to look at the booklet again :blushing:) every 3-4 weeks to maintain the functionality of the watch. Too much maintenance if not worn regularly. :-s

Hokoplan, if it were me I would need to try it on. The titanium looks cool so you will need to see it on to be able to choose. I love my J12's and wear each one about once a week. They are automatic and it is no big deal to adjust the time. I was hoping to see your review of the watch. You have a tough decision but a either way you will end up with a great watch.

I thought I would love the titanium, but I found the black ceramic more appealing when I tried both on. Definitely check it out to see how you feel. I really like that you don't have to deal with scratches when you get one of these watches.

If you're looking for a fashion accessory, then go with the J12.

Titanium is super lightweight too. I prefer my watches to have some weight to them, but my DH has a Titanium Tissot and loves it.

I've seen the new titanium J12, they've already been released in the UK, I saw it 3 weeks ago I like it but I didn't feel the love for it, it's very masculine, I prefer White or black, I have a J12 in White & I also have a Rolex I've got to say the Chanel keeps better time than my Rolex & my DH's two Rolex's, I would probably pick the Rolex, they increase so much in price & do seem to hold there value more.
